Purchased a used transaxle for a Dodge Intrepid. The part listing was accurate and informative giving the mileage, pictures of the actual part, and the donor vin#, and even a pic of the donor car. The staff were friendly and very knowledgable, and pick up of the part was efficient and hassle free. The part had been carefully removed with wiring harness included and uncut, torque converter was secured with a strap, and dipstick and tube were undamaged. Needless to say the part worked perfectly, and was priced very competitively.

I was looking for a motor, talk to Mike about a engine, gave him all of my information for payment. After leaving numerous messages Mike calls me back 5 days after and tells me he had sold the motor to someone else. I was under the impression that I had purchased the motor, since he took down all my payment information. I'm very unsatified with the way in I couldn't get a return call after leaving messages, waiting for them to call back, and to find out it was sold, was very disappointing.
