Pulled in for a tire rotation 30 minutes before my appointment and they took my van right in and we were out in a flash. The staff was very courteous and the place clean. They even shined my tires before handing over my keys

Absolutely love this business! They always treat you with respect and stand behind every promise made.
We had a tire issue while out of town and went to the store in the town we were in. They replaced our tire free.
I am now a loyal customer!

Great experience, 4 new tires installed and out the door in 45 minutes. I believe the salesperson name was james, he new his stuff and was very customer friendly. I have been to other discount tire locations before and all were good, this location seems to be very focused on customer service, as I sat in the waiting room there were 4 people pulled up just to get a little air in their tires, always was an employee out the door before the customer even got out of there car to check and fill for free. This will be my go to tire facility from now on. Thank you for the great experience.

Brought two tires in to be changed. Sounds simple enough right? Instead it turned into a game of a million questions and finally for them to tell me that I need to just bring them the car. Well tire guys, I would've definitely brought the car in if it wasn't sitting on the side of the road with two flats!!! Thanks for making an inconvenient situation worse! A+ in that department!!! Absolutely the worse!!!

I can not recommend this Discount Tire Store more. I have used this company in several locations and this one is the best one I have been to yet. (Not knocking any of the others, they were excellent to work with too) Eric (Store Manager) was very helpful in explaining all of the pros and cons of each tire I was considering. In fact, every person on staff was helpful when they were coming by as they were on there way working. I appreciate good service and all of the staff here are A+. I understand some folks think that there is no such thing as a 5 star business (I get it, for the most part I agree, butThis place is the exception to that general rule) All I can say is "Keep up the good work Discount Tire Team, You Rock!" Ohand again Thank you!

Had a flat on our way to Disney and pulling our camper. Called the store on a Friday night late and they assured us they had everything we needed. Just bring it in first thing Saturday morning. We showed up at 830 and we were back on the road at 930. Excellent and fast service with a smile! Highly recommend!

Stopped in today for a set of 4 tires. I told them they could have the car for 4 hours; they called me in 45 minutes saying it was done. Excellent for a Saturday morning. Josh was my service adviser and did a great job!

Was on my way to visit family Easter weekend when I pulled out of Lake City on the interstate m tire sensor came on. I drove on a slack tire down to I10 and turned around. Stopped at Tire Kingdom because everyone always tells me how great their service is. Tire Kingdom's service sucks. The man acted like he could not be bothered. He looked at my tire said that sometimes tires just lose a little air but there would be a 2.5-hour wait and I should go somewhere else. So I took it to Discount Tire. The customer service was excellent got me and out in about 30 minutes. My tire had a valve stem leak. I was super excited with the fast service and care that they provided and was able to get to my destination on time. I will be using them from now on.

It has been years since I have had such an extraordinary customer service experience! From the moment I entered the store, with a really woeful tale of a shredded tire, and a ruined rim, Blue, and the entire Discount Tire team went above and beyond to help. He went so far as to call local salvage yards to try to save us money on the wheel.

Lifetime rotations, free repairs, quality tires at a great price, and no attempt to upsell or gouge. All in a fun, friendly, upbeat package of tire professionals who clearly know their stuff, and aren't afraid to educate the customer, for her to be able to make the wisest investment in safe equipment. I love this place!!
