These are the most crooked liars if I've ever known one. Took my car there 3 times that they sold me and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Clambake replace multiple seals in my vehicle and cleaned the water out of my floorboard caused by air conditioning leak. Took to another shop she claims that vehicle seals were never replaced. proceeded to call Shelor back they claimed they could not fix my vehicle. In return gave me a Jeep Patriot which I drove home on a Friday. Proceeded to call me on the following Monday at 1 o'clock, to inform me that the insurance I put on new jeep needed a 500 dollar deductible instead of 2500 dollar deductible for bank to approve loan. This is all after driving the vehicle for the weekend. Then demands me to bring jeep back and take the Kia with problems back home. Tells me that we need to part ways because they can't provide us with the quality service I needed. Cd was taken from my vehicle and never returned. Travis from service department, manager, promised car to be filled with gas, compensating me for wasted trips from Finca style to Christiansburg, Failed to follow through with promise verbally on recorded line. April Blankenship provided false information stating my Kia was 84 months and we were going to a 72 month payment plan with jeep. Scott Poff will tell you anything to persuade you to trade or purchase new vehicle. In conclusion, Shelor Motor Mile is ran by crooked employees that will lie and tell you anything and cover themselves later. I would highly not recommended Shelor to anyone I know and would share this experience with added detail of further problems we encountered to anyone considering buying a vehicle. Look other places and talk to other dealerships. They will treat you better, speak to you kinder, uphold promises, and overall give you a better experience. God will take care of people like that. I pray no one else has to endure the stress I personally have with Shelor.

Service department is the best I've been to in the area. The seating area is comfortable and the service representatives are always willing to help.

I only came in for a price on a Toyota Corolla and ended up getting a great price on the vehicle so I purchased it. Brandon was very nice. We were able to negotiate a fair price and they gave me a great trade in price for my previous vehicle. Thanks so much Brandon

Both Pete and Tony worked with me,And I enjoyed both in the way they handeled my car hunt! And the Dealiership it's self was great!!! They took there time with me let me test drive all the cars I was interested in. And then got the deal to the place where I could handle the payments. This was my second time buying from them,I bought a Tacoma truck in 2007,and when I'm ready to trade in my new Rav4 I will be back to Shelor's.
