I am very disappointed in my visit because I had thought that they had the best equipment and training to help me, but I was wrong. I took my 2011 Chevy Traverse, with its check engine light on, and I was told that it was the time chain. I thought that they were professionals, so I said that if that was the problem, then fix it. The cost was more than 1,800 dollars, they told me all was good, I brought the car home, and the very next day I drove it, the check engine light turned on yet again. I drove less than 20 miles. I called and I was told to take it back to see what the problem was, and as a result, it was the Cadillac Converter. And they wanted another 1,300 dollars to fix it. Do they think I have a money tree? And worst of all, the woman I talked to said that she is very sorry and that it was because it's an old car. I know it's an old car, if it were a new one, I wouldn't have had to take it there in the first place! And they still dared to charge me another 95 dollars for the "test." My car is still the same and with a squeaking noise that wasn't even there before I took it. I think they did something wrong because they apparently had to take out the motor to fix the timing chain. I hope they take this seriously so they can fix their mistakes, stop guessing what the problem is, and stop making customers waste money.

Great customer service! We worked with Bob and Alden and the finance manager Jason. They worked very hard to get me in the vehicle I wanted and it is much appreciated. Dealing with the bank was the hardest part and was frustrating but that was no fault of the sales team. I love my new Equinox! Thank you guys for making it possible!

Very good price. Sells person, Josh, was very well informed and made all questions welcome. The sales manager stepped up with excellent coupons to make the deal possible. The business person couldn't have been nicer or more cooperative.

I drove in for an oil change , tire rotation and check up. It is wonderful not to have to decide/make an appointment. All was completed in a very timely manner so I could go on my way. I was very pleased with that Justin and walked in with some intention is buying a vehicle because I wasn't sure of my credit score and also wasn't sure if I wanted a new or used vehicle. I was informed by Justin that my trade in was previously totaled in which I was not aware of so I was still able to trade my vehicle in without any down payment. He showed me a couple vehicles that I was interested in and also I walked in gave Justin what I was looking for in my price range and we almost hit it exactly. He didn't try to oversell me as one of my last experiences of buying a new car was we were in and out quickly in about four and a half hours total. Finance manager was great also everyone that I talked to was very polite I really like the house the waiting rooms are set up with drinks available to customers that was a plus and pretty much everything that I seen I was very impressed about.
