Took my 65 dollar application without any spots avail. Not well kept. Huge potholes too.

For me it is a great place to live. The only set back is short handed in maintenance personal. Lots to get done with 2 workers.

Hubby and I just moved in and so far it's been great. Neighbors are nice and have been helpful with tips as well as the manager bc we are first timers living full time in our 5th wheel. Its quiet and peaceful especially at night. My favorite things are the carport with the shed and that there's trees around us. The lots are big and we're not on top of one another. There's ample parking. I work from home so the peaceful atmosphere was a must. I'm very happy we moved here. I don't have a single complaint.

The Tacoma RV park is very nice. I enjoyed My time here with My Daughter. Beautiful RV park. Look forward to staying again in the Near Future. Sincerely Dannette Austin

We have a 40' 5th wheel we stayed at the "Annex" (outside storage) area this is where you are supposed to stay until something opens up in the main park it has 30 amps only. We were there for 3 weeks had to leave because it was unlivable the sewer backed up black water was everywhere, something was wrong with the electrical. We were damaging appliances and blowing GFI circuits. Manager was rude and blamed us for his faulty systems. We left and couldn't give 30 days notice, I prepaid the month ahead, and he refused to refund that money. I wouldn't give any stars but couldn't post without.
