We had Mad City come out and replace all of the windows in our home. Everything from speaking with the salesman to the installation was completely seamless. The installation team was courteous and careful with our home and cleaned up after themselves as well. You never would have even known we got our windows replaced! They care about you as a customer and worked with us to get the windows we wanted! We are now seeing the benefits of new windows with big heating savings! Will definitely recommend Mad City to anyone!

Mad City Windows was great to work with. The installers were very courteous, made sure to clean up in a timely manner and went over how each of the different types of windows worked. We have had our windows for over 2 months and are just thrilled with how they look and work. Also helps that our heating bill has drastically dropped compared to last year at this time. We have had Mad City Windows and Baths replace two windows in our home as well as replace our shower tub in our guest bathroom. These people are professionals! From scheduling our initial visits, to completing the work, they were courteous, timely, tidy, and efficient. The finished products look and work great! One of our replacement windows was not quite the same color of finish as the original when they arrived. No problem; they took the window back and returned within a couple weeks with the correctly stained window. No guff, no problems and a good looking window. I highly recommend Mad City Windows and Baths!

went to the website and left my name and number for a quote. got a call back within a couple minutes. made a appointment for a salesman visit . the salesman was here on time and professional. he showed me his samples and i made the purchase. mad city called when the door came in and scheduled an appointment for install. J.D. and his team was here on time. the old door was removed. insulation was added as needed in the frame and the new door was installed. they cleaned up the mess and took the old door away. J.D. showed me the features of the door and left. a couple of hours later another guy came out to check on the door. he was the quality assurance guy. he checked it over inside and out and left. the door is great and you can tell the difference from the old one. keeps out more sound and heat during the summer. cant wait to see what is does during the winters.

They were very nice! I had 10 windows done and they finished it all in one day. They provide fast installation with great quality. I've never been more pleased with new windows. The windows are fairly priced, and have a lifelong replacement warranty. And you don't see that often anywhere, for anything. If you need windows, Mad City is the best!

Their customer service and sales team were exceptional. The sales person met with me for the initial estimate and then came back later to answer questions once my girlfriend arrived home from work. We had met with other companies who just provided quotes on like for like replacements, however the salesman provided some different suggestions which we wouldn’t have thought of on our own, but absolutely love the end result. The installation team was on time and very professional. Some of the best customer service I have seen in a long time.

When my husband & I contracted to have window replacement in our home, we certainly had some anxiety as it was a major cost commitment for us. However, we have had nothing but positive experiences with all of the personnel (the sales rep-Donnie, the gentleman who came to do a final window measurement-Terry, the two installation experts-Matt & Dallas, and the After Care Program Manager-David). Each of these gentlemen were professional, VERY polite, knowledgeable about the materials & the product, and thorough,-not cutting corners. Each expressed confidence about their product & company, putting us at ease. The completed job was beyond our expectation!
The finish product is not only attractive, but neatly finished on the interior and exterior, and from what we can tell, provides the interior of our home with more warmth. Very satisfied to have gone with Mad-City Windows.

We are so pleased that we chose Mad City Windows to replace the windows in our home! From start to finish, every aspect of working with them was great. The sales representative was so knowledgeable and experienced in window design and installation, and explained things so well that we were very confident that we were getting the best windows. They really have reason to have faith in the product they are selling and that comes through in the presentation to the customer. We learned a lot and never felt like we were being pushed or pressured into a decision.
There wasn’t a long wait for the windows and they actually came in earlier than we expected.
When the installers arrived they were very efficient and hard-working. We felt comfortable having them in our home all day as they were quiet, polite and friendly. They respected our home and were serious about there work. Everything went as smooth as a breeze and we have had no problems at all. Now we are looking forward to our reduced heating bills. Also, the Lifetime Warranty that passes on to the next owner is such a huge comfort!

MadCity Windows & Baths was great. The whole process from start to finish was very simple and thorough for me. They came out to show their products and explain the process for each step of the way. They were up front with everything, and weren't pushing in making the sale. The install went smooth. The individuals that were on site were very respectful of the house, asked for opinions and input when needed, otherwise were very dutiful and timely. There weren't any surprises at any point.

I highly recommend them for any updates you're looking to make.

My husband is very tall and I am very short so the deluxe showerhead in our new shower is really great. We decided to re-do the shower because the old one was very hard to keep clean. The new shower Mad City installed is super easy to clean and looks beautiful.

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. Our installation guy (Dennis) was awesome! He was very respectful, informative, and the shower he installed is perfect.

I did knock off one star because they do use pressure-sales tactics and are expensive. But we do love our shower and it is definitely good quality.

Mad City Windows was a great experience. They were very informative. We were able to make an educated decision from the information we received at our in home estimate. They were prompt and courteous when they came to install the windows. They were in and out when they said they would be and other than the new windows, left no trace of being there. They even cleaned the windows. Would highly recommend to everyone. Very affordable.

Salesman was polite, honest and very helpful. We knew exactly what we were getting and how much it would cost. Clearly laid out the process and timeline for installation so we knew what to expect. A few weeks later 2 installers were putting in new windows! The supervisor made a special trip out after installation to fix a VERY minor issue. They always answer my calls or call back quickly even after work is done! Excellent customer service!! Highly recommend! 🙂

They were fantastic! Very helpful over the phone with any questions. All the people that came to take measurements and give estimates were very kind and professional, not pushy. The guys that installed the windows were courteous and did an excellent job. Everyone made sure everything was explained well and that we were satisfied. I was very impressed with the professionalism everyone we worked with had. Definitely would work with Mad City Windows again!

I have a 28 year old house that needed new windows because the old ones leaked and were very hard to open. The salesman was very open and honest about the product he was showing. You noticed I said showing and not selling. He wasn't pushy and didn't try to oversell me. We talked about the different types of windows that would work for me and I thought at the right price.

I had 10 double hung windows to remove and install and the crew had it completed in less than a day. I was shocked on how quickly they were able to get the old window out and the new windows in. They sealed everything up properly and re-wrap all the trim in aluminum that looked better than before. The crew also made sure that the outside of the house was picked up like they had never been there. Very impressive! Also, I had purchased a patio door from them 5 years ago and I had noticed a moister problem. The crew called it in to report the issue and within minutes they were working on the correcting problem at no extra charge because of their fine warranty. That was a nice not having to worry about explain anything they just fixed it without hesitation.

Recently had 3rd installation of replacement windows in my home which takes care of all windows. Extremely happy with all windows & the great service I have received each time. All were very polite & professional. Left the areas by new windows spotless. Took the time to answer any questions I had & show me the operation of the windows. Windows are so easy to clean, really reduce noice outside, and seal so well. Very happy customer here.

We recently had two attic windows installed in our house due to the original windows being in there since we moved into the house. We love the windows as they the look classic and clean and are air tight. For a house that was built in 1910, the windows are a nice upgrade. The 2 installers that work for Mad City Windows were on time and very courteous. They went about their installation of the windows in a very professional matter. Although they were only here for about 3 hours, the job they did was very exceptional and quick. They even took the time to answer any questions we had on the installation and on the windows. We would recommend Mad City Windows any time.

Disclaimer: I didn't get to the point of buying any windows.

I was approached by a salesperson publicly. Against my better judgment, I agreed to speak with him. He was friendly but clearly paid on commission for setting up estimates. When I got a callback to set up a time, there was an exchange of info but I was told (in more or less words), "if your husband is not there, we will not come out to measure for an estimate." That's fine by me, since if that's the policy I will not consider the company for any job.

The company's argument is that both people involved need to be present for all the options, etc. Based on my brief experience working in high-pressure, ethically questionable sales, it's a tactic to ensure that on-the-spot decisions can be forced from the buyer, without reason to "sleep on it" before making an expensive decision. It's something I find especially insulting, considering that I've historically been the breadwinner, I've been the primary researcher/decision maker for household contractors, and I've been the one to do repairs in our home.

Finally, we've had windows replaced on another property in the past few years. I researched and got estimates from 4-5 local companies before coming to a decision for that. This is NOT the way all contractors operate. It is most similar to the companies I interacted with that had the highest prices and advertising costs, without necessarily providing better product, relevant guarantees, or service.

Very pleased with our new windows (all replaced). We notice more uniform heat, brighter light and it's much more soundproof now. They're beautiful and easy to use too. The workers were very polite and efficient at their job and completed the work in only one day. Cleanup was wonderful, nothing was left undone! The warranty is excellent and customer service has been very pleasant, all of our questions were answered completely. A very nice experience!

Excellent experience with everyone we talked to whether it was in person or over the phone. The salesman was knowledgeable and respectable. We received the appropriate amount of phone calls regarding appointment reminders, appointment setting, and a follow up call regarding the installation and how it went. Between ordering and installation was about 5 weeks for custom windows. We were able to set up our installation appointment within the same week we got the call that the windows were in. The installer arrive within the appointment window and was knowledgeable about the windows and the work. He also cleaned up his mess inside the house as well as the outside. The only downfall would be the prices, which seem steep, but it includes everything: the salesman stopping by to show you the product and explain the company to you, the person that measures your old windows to make putting in new windows pretty simple, and the installer. I was also told that if a permit was required, the price would cover the cost of any permits needed. The windows also come with a lifetime warranty that is transferable to the next owner if you end up selling the home, which was a nice selling point for us. We are very happy with our new windows, especially with the cold months approaching. I was stopped while shopping and asked if I would be willing to have them do an estimate and if we did we would receive a gift card for a free dinner, which was the only reason why I signed up. Never did I think I would actually buy 3 windows! The best part of all of this, the 0% interest financing!
