This is a nice place to go for fun with the family or a party even! They have plans for a Best Western Plus with a rooftop bar to be built here as well. The location needed a hotel on this side of the city so they should do well with this added amenity.
They have a large parking area and are located near many other shops and restaurants with easy Interstate access within minutes. Definitely a fun place to visit!

We had our corporate Fall family party at Rigby's. This was the first event I have done in over 15 years where I did feel like I was working! There was something for everyone in the family to enjoy! The go-carts were a favorite. The staff was on point! Thanks Rigby's!

We had a management offsite meeting at Rigby's and after a couple hour meeting in their meeting rooms, we had lunch. The food was great. So great that we had to order more because after the first 50 of 100 people went through the line, we were running out of chicken fingers, wings and burgers! The service was great and the staff did everything possible to make our event a success! After lunch we had activities for everyone to partake in, one of which was a Laser Tag Tournament. This was our team building activity and everyone had more fun than they expected by being so competitive. The Laser Tag attendant was very nice and seemed to enjoy the tournament as much as we did. We will definitely be going back to Rigby's!

Absolutely wonderful one stop location for all ages in your family or corporate events. I've read comments about price, but I see a value for the level of service and experience; from the food, entertainment and safety. I am so glad that the Rigby family stepped up and provided an excellent place for all of us in Middle Ga!

I love this place! Always doing amazing things for the community. Free skate night for students, working on a handicap accessible water park, giving free dinner for customers during the hurricane, even holding blood drives every once in a while. These are just a few of the amazing things they've done! That right there shows that they are not money hungry people, and they really do care about the community! Constantly surprising me with more and more heart felt events or activities. These are really great people!

An excellent family fun place, even if the arcade games feel a little over-priced. The staff is super friendly and helpful, the place is always clean, and just recently they've started hosting the Middle Georgia Derby Demons women's roller derby bouts, to great success.

The water park is under construction, but should be awesome when done. There is good food at the snack bar and the card used to load "tickets" and activities on is extremely convenient and there aren't hundreds of little paper rectangles dripping from your pockets! Great for families.

My family and friends have been here more than once. It's an awesome place to go for food and entertainment. Their customer service is very polite. The games they have are very entertaining and I absolutely love going there on Monday night's where they have their specials. Overall, this place is awesome and I have so much fun whenever I visit.

I thought this was the best place around until they just kicked us out at 10 because our kids were under 18. We paid $24 for our kids to skate and then they kicked us out 30 minutes later because they are catering to "adults" skating although there were 2 adults skating. I guess my 5 and 7 year old would be in their way. We were buying food and drinks and spending a lot of money but no more. We won't be going back. They call it a family place and then kick the families out.

If I could give this place 100 stars I would!! We took our kids over there last night and not only did they have fun but my 8yr hurt his elbow while skating and they were very quick to help and clean him up and were awesome! The staff is amazing and the other kids were also amazing! The kids were quick to help when my son fell on the rink! Really nice friendly environment!

Nice facilities kind of explain the higher than normal prices. I'd compare them to Atlanta prices, which is hard to digest for this party of the state. The arcade games come in at $1.50 a pieceouch! A single session of laser tag consists of two 5-min rounds, which works out to a dollar a minute. The go-kart prices come in about the same.

I highly recommend eating before you come as food/drinks are pricey, too. They don't accept cash, but make you load it onto a Rigby's card. Kind of annoying, but I'm sure there is a reasoning behind it.

It'll be interesting to see how much their water park will be. I'm new to the area and really liked my buying power at Johnny G's a lot more. Hope to see you guys lower your prices and attract more consumers.
