Our waitress went above and beyond!
We were satisfied with such a fast and efficient service. Steak was cooked as order.

Sweet potato, burned, got a second one, burned, order salmon, over cooked, service was good. Not the best kitchen help.

I ordered a medium rare steak and they brought me one that was barely cooked at all. I'm not afraid to eat a rare steak, but this thing was still breathing. After sending it back to be cooked longer, the server brought it to me in what appeared to be edible condition. Of course, this was before I started cutting it and realized the thing was at least half fat. Honestly, this was the most fatty piece of meat I've ever seen, and I buy the cheapest crap they have at the grocery on a regular basis. The service was excellent, but the food was far from it.

The food was good but it took forever to get service. We were seated and had to finally go find a waitress to get our drink and food order after 10 or 15 minutes. The service was super slow .

I usually have good experiences here but this place has slowly been going downhill until today. Once sitting down, our bartender walked behind us and was yelling across the bar at a customer that the manager herself never left the side of (you'll see why it bothers me so much in a minute). Our bartender, travis, seemed nice even after leaving me partially deaf in my left ear. We ordered and got our salads. I asked after finishing my salad if we were going to be getting bread. Got old bread. Very dry. Was told fresh bread was coming. Received steaks. Husband ordered medium rare-received medium well. I ordered rare. Received an almost totally raw steak with just char marks on outside. After cutting into it and seeing if it was salvageable, a manager from Buffalo Wild Wings realized I had an issue and sent our bartender over. I received the same steak that was half cut into pieces that had been thrown on the grill for no more than half a minute and LATHERED in sauce so I couldn't see that it hadn't been cooked. Manager is still sitting by customer. Hasn't thought about coming to see what could be done. I cut into my steak once more . Still totally raw. Said I'd deal with it. Ate the pieces that were already cut into pieces. Still never received fresh bread. Manager is too busy talking crap about people on Facebook and wondering what the customer is doing next weekend.
This used to be the best place in town for a steak.
I'll stick with my Saturday morning crowd as every other crowd seems to be rather disappointing.
Two big thumbs down.

They serve up a solid sirloin every time I've come. I'm not a huge fan of the peanut shells on the floor, but it has gotten cleaner. Service is speedy and polite. If you are looking for a steak and potatoes, I can recommend Logan's.
