This place is where it's at! Customer service is always on point. They keep it 100 .. dabbin on the good deals. Playboi Danimal and Bennie Backwoods are my guys they always treat me like a celebrity and they really care about bringing my vape experience to the next level. I only shop at big bang and you should too

Was sold the wrong coils and I knew they were wrong. Guy insisted they were right so I bought them. Out $20 and no coils now thanks

Big Bang has a homey environment, and the guys working the vape bar really know their stuff. I have no problem getting what I'm looking for and they have discounts for members that shop there. Don't be afraid to try some new flavors too

Good peoplw who genuinely know their stuff!
Lots of flavors to choose from and a decent selection of mods.
This shop has been my go to for years, and the people who work here genuinely care if I smoke or not.

12/07/2016: I spend here about $180 or more every three four weeks. I came today as I could not go on Sunday and asked for buy two get three. I explained I'm a regular customer if they could hook me up. They could not accommodate my request. So I'm glad to spend it elsewhere if they don't want my business. I'm fine. Last time I visit.
You could have kept a returning paying customer but you just lost possibly thousands in sales during a course of a year for trying to make a quick buck.. Good luck.
Update: could 9 across the strip gained a new customer for weekly purchases. The sales person worked with me and provided a great deal. If the owner of big bang reads this for your sake make changes so you don't loose more customers like you lost me
