My husband and I go to Orsay for our Anniversary every year. The food is always top notch. I always order the French Onion Soup. Orsay serves the very best onion soup. If there was a cook off, theirs would take the trophy
hands down. Their servers are the best. They can give advice to cover your whole meal. The prices are more in the high range, but worth every penny.

This is one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. From incredible cocktails to delectable pate to melt in your mouth mains, they have everything perfected. There were even small bite desserts at the end. The service was the right level of attentive without being smothering, and several Jaguars players came in to use the private room while we were there. We came from out of town but will definitely be back on our next trip to Jacksonville.

The wine list is incredible. You can find any wine you want with some affordable options available. The food is great and portions are perfect. It's great place for date night and they also have more casual dining options. Service was also great, the staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

This is one of my favorite places to eat for a special night out. The atmosphere is a little noisy, but if you can catch a seat outside when the weather is nice, its very pleasant. The food has always been delicious. Great place to bring family and friends for them to get a true taste of Jacksonville.

Amazing food. The selection is great the atmosphere is classy. They make some serious signature drinks here. Reservations are probably the best option on most nights. The wait staff was nice and kept out glasses full which is always something I feel something that most restaurants don't do well. overall great service and fantastic meal.

Restaurant Orsay certainly did not meet my expectations. I enjoy good food and service and don’t mind paying for them however, when I do pay for them and don’t receive either it is disappointing. My wife and I went there last Sunday for brunch. I ordered Eggs a La Orsay, their version of eggs benedict. The meal took a good 30 minutes or more to come out once ordered. When the food arrived, every part of the meal was cold, including the Lyonnaise potatoes. The food runner did not ask us if we needed anything once she put the food down and just took off. So I had to wait 10 minutes until I saw the waiter and ask him for salt and pepper and ketchup. About 5 minutes later, someone showed up with salt and pepper, but no ketchup. The waiter never came by to check on us while we were eating to ask how it was or if we needed anything. Once we were finished eating, our plates sat in front of us empty while the waiter walked by 5 or 6 times and even brought the check to the people sitting next to us without asking if we wanted the check or take our plates. This restaurant needs to figure out that the greatest, most eclectic food in the world won’t make up for poor service.

Fabulous food. Just delicious stuff. Had the steak tartar, a cheese plate, shrimp cocktail, escargot, and a roasted fish special. All were excellent, but the steak tartar was superb. We took a bottle of Napa sparkling white, the uncorking fee was the typical and
reasonable $15. The service was excellent as well. Certainly a superior dining experience.

One of the best places in town. Great (almost overwhelming) wine list, good selection of appetizers, small plates, and entrees. Food presentation and taste is top notch. Service is solidthey just haven't mastered the art of reading tables and adjusting accordingly. Good service overall though.

I had a most wonderful experience! My Mother and Father brought me here for a farewell dinner prior to my deployment. The staff was excellent. They were all supremely kind and accommodating. They showed patience and compassion to my Mom who has trouble speaking due to her illness. The food was absolutely superb. All around 5 stars. Dinning here has been a memorable experience.

Firs timers here for our anniversary. The food was absolute perfection, the ambiance was relaxing and our server was very pleasant. We ordered the escargot which was phenomenal as well as the lamb belly appetizer. For dinner we enjoyed the pan roasted fish which was Caribbean Red Snapper with crispy skin, so good and the roasted duck. Will definitely be back!

Very impressed with this place. The server was amazing. He was very knowledgeable about the food and wine. The staff also displayed a lot of team work between them. The duck was extremely tasty. For the first time trying duck, I will be sure to order it again!

Awesome every time. Fantastic service with very knowledgeable staff. I had cassoulet and my wife had venison. Both superb. Cocktails and craft beer good too. Love this place.

We (my husband, my 4 year old son and I) just came this morning for Mother's Day and had the most wonderful time. Mimosas, orange french toast, biscuits and gravy, eggs Benedict, and pastries and everything was delicious, perfectly seasoned, and brought out promptly on a busy holiday morning. The servers were all so attentive and efficient and everyone took great care of us. We will be back very soon. :)

We had our anniversary dinner here, like we have often done in the past. The team at Orsay are always wonderful and make each experience unique but consistently hit the highest marks for service and meal. The chef and the team in the back are subtle magicians. They bring out unexpected flavor in each dish. We were pleasantly surprised even by an old favorite (with a different fish). Our waiter, Robert, was truly dynamite. We usually request Tony, and we were hoping that his style and sense would be replicated in the new server. Robert and James were just what we had hoped for- each member of the service team is excellent. They are all remarkable for their commitment to customers' enjoyment. The entire team, from hostess to each individual who visited our table, should be recognized for their excellent work.
It may read as if I'm overstating the case, but we have dined in a great many restaurants over the past 6 years. Orsay is our favorite in Florida. There are none that come close. Thank you for always making our experience magical and for creating such an amazing restaurant.
