  This is my favorite grocery store in all of the city. Even the other Publixes do not compare to their level of customer service.

  I want to give a special shout out to Dorina who works in the bakery. I had an odd, last minute request for a cake and she made it happen quickly. She was very sweet and patient. I love Publix! :)

  Came for a sub and lunch meat during lunch time. Both the sub counter and deli meat and cheese counter were extremely slow. Employees were laughing and chatty with eachother which slowed them all down. We had to repeat our orders twice to both coumters. Employees did apologize for wait. I did speak to another customer in line and she said they arent usually that slow. Thank God I wasnt on lunch break.

  Blonde older woman at customer service was not very helpful. After looking for a partucular item, I went to CS counter to inquire about the item. I was told "I don't know if we have it, go check on isle" Dont recall the actual isle number she told me to go to but it was frustrating because I had already been in the same place for 10 minutes before I went to CS counter. I've never had that problem at a Pubix before. I have always been told, let me see if we can find that for you. NOT go look yourself! Especially after I had already looked. She was certainly not what I would call a "Pubix" employee. Everyone else was great!

  The Publix deli's most popular sandwich was the Philly Cheesesteak, and I had my first one in 1987. When I looked at the menu board yesterday, I didn't see it listed. New menu and new prices. Healthier ingredients.

  Does Publix is pretty good they just don't know how to make chicken and they never have chicken on hand when you need it I don't get it the one I Merrill Road is fantastic this one has a chicken issue
