Don't stay here!! Horrible. So I booked my room in advance. I was going to my daughters for Thanksgiving I am disabled and have a service dog. I had to be at my daughter's around ten a.m I can't take my dog there because her dog is. Mean with my dog so I called to see when I could check in not till ,4pm they won't let you check early. I tried to move the day earlier no they don't do that I tried to cancel they said that i would lose my money even though I had insurance So kept the room. Carpet
Old has holes in it. When I got here they wanted another 30 dollars for a deposit . I went to take a shower no hot water. Called the front desk they said run the hot water in the sink and that should fix it. WOW what a dumb ass. I will never stay here againresponse / report this review -

Stains on the sheets and comforter. No blankets, lumpy pillow, 2 only per bed. 1 washcloth only per room. Noisy. No stopper for the bathtub. Good water pressure and plenty of hot water. Poor reception and no sound on several channels of the television.

This was a very friendly and accommodating stay. This is an older establishment but top notch when it comes to clean and fresh. They went out of their way by letting us park our semi-truck as well as giving us a truckers discount. Clean fresh yard and pool. We will be back.

My stay here was fabulous! Derick and his staff were very professional and always a pleasure to work with! We enjoyed the pool as well. Wifi was a huge help and smooth to set up. Very clean and safe hotel. I highly recommend this hotel 😊👍🏽

Terrible company! Don't stay here. 2nd time was worse than first time, & more expensive. They also didn't return my deposit, contacted corporate office. I shouldn't have to follow up, people don't do their jobs, I will never stay at this hotel again. Lousy amenities, & I paid more this time than last time. Horrible hotel, I don't recommend it to anyone!

The staff are AWESOME, welcoming and act like family. Accommodating to needs and polite. Rooms clean and suitable for a short or long stay. Thank you for being so kind and understanding to me and my children.

Room was dated to late 80's early 90's. Bedding so thin can see Bed pad & mattress through sheet. No blanket on bed. Bedspread very rough & very thin. Bath mat the thinness I have ever seen. Wash cloths had to be asked for. Had holes in them the size of lemons. Towels were extremely thin, tough & the entire side edge was totally frayed. Maids come in & make bed. Leave trash cans by front door. Coffee pot never cleaned all the days I was there. Kleenex not in room. Asked maids for a box. Said they aren't allowed to have on maid cart. Have to ask for at desk. Iron has all settings off of the temp. dial. You don't know what is cotton or rayon setting. Wrecked my dress pants trying to use. Ironing board is tiny table top type. Would not stand up, legs broken. I just never thought a place like this was called a Travelodge Suite. If a negative rating was allowed I would use that number. Do not USE!

DO NOT BOOK LODGING HERE!!!
My wife and booked a room online for one night here for the night of March 13th. On arrival and check in we were offered room #121. When we inspected the room we found the floor dirty and a chunk of carpet missing, the bed sheet soiled or stained (we couldn't tell which) and near thread bare. The top sheet on the bed had a cigarette burn hole in it.
We asked for another room explaining what we found in #121. The clerk graciously gave us another room, #127. On inspection we found the bed with no top sheet, the sheets badly won to near thread bare, the bath faucet dripped very badly and the floor in this room also had a large frayed edge adjacent to the hard flooring leading to the bathroom.
We returned to the clerk once again and asked for a refund because we felt this place was unsuitable for us.
We're not clean freaks but do expect reasonable quality and cleanliness.
Not finding anything near satisfaction here we wanted to search out for ourselves another place to spend the night.
The clerk explaned she couldn't refund us but could offer an upgrade room, #135. We cautiously accepted the offer finding problems with the bed again with a pillow cover had a cigarette burn hole in it and floor dirty.
With three rooms of such poor quality we asked the clerk again for a refund which was declined then asked that the manager call us to discuss what we found.
We didn't hear from him. We've called since three times asking him to call us and leaving messages and our return phone number without hearing from anyone.
So, today I am posting this very poor review.

Don't do it!!! This place is the WORST motel I have ever stayed at. The pictures are extremely deceiving. Our room was supposed to be a non smoking room, but it reeked of smoke. My son is asthmatic and cannot tolerate smoke, plus it's super gross! We requested a different room which wasn't much better, but didn't smell as bad, but was missing the hot water handle for the bathroom sink. The room felt nasty and dirty. Honestly, the only thing this motel is good for is if someone wants to shoot up or commit suicide!!!
