Very good place to stay love the room the hotel is very nice. I like the way they redid the room they have a hardwood floors in rooms. The staffing is real nice and helpful will stay again.

Wonderful stay! Hotel and grounds were very clean. I was greeted with a smile and a "Hello, how are you" by every staff member. The towels were out when we went to the pool. I told the front desk and by the time I made it back to the pool the towels were stocked! Whenever possible this will be the only hotel my family will stay at.

Pat at check-in is AWESOME with winning personality! Great accommodation after few hours drive.
Quick but nice overnight stay. Water pressure a bit low in the room 217 & GPS directions totally Loop (410) around the city for, once I figured out could've been, about a 12-15 min drive.

I Visit S.A. on avg twice monthly Sept-Nov, first time at this location and, I will return!

We stayed in the hotel overnight. The hotel had a very helpful front desk. Both the rooms we took were clean and had comfortable beds. I would definitely come back again.

The staff here is wonderful. The rooms have been updated and are accommodating. They have fun things going on in the lobby. The pool area is nice and they have a grill to use as well. They are located just a few minutes from downtown. Many restaurants with walking distance. Missed opportunities are no elevator, USB ports or package deals for the many must see and parks in the area. I would stay here again!

The location is very close to SA airport. It can be a bit hairy getting to it if you are getting off the 410, you have to very quickly jump over 3 lanes to make it to the driveway. The rooms are nice, I had a studio with all the amenities. The morning breakfast they provide is awesome. Eggs sausage and fruit. They have waffles and hot coffee as well. I also tried the gym out, it's better than most hotels. It has free weights and cardio machines. The gym could have used some more air conditioning, it was way too hot after 30 minutes of working out. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip.

I really have enjoyed my stay at the Residence Inn by Marriott. Our room was really beautiful, large and with lots of great little extras. The kitchenette was just perfect, even complete with dishwasher. I honestly can complain about anything. A very nice place to (temporarily) call home!

Hands down one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Perfect location! I had no expectations coming in, but this hotel for sure sets the bar very high! Totally surprised the Army paid for me to stay in this facility. Excellent guest/customer service! Indescribably a very comfortable stay, felt right at home. Beautiful rooms and amazing room service! Basketball hoop and pool RIGHT outside my window (now that's impressive)! AMAZING staff; everyone was so helpful and amicable. From Brittany to Amed & Michael, everyone was very friendly and authentic. Even the young lady at the front desk with the glasses. Very Thankful for the shuttle bus a well; gentlemen were kind from the start of my stay from picking me up from the airport to taking me to restaurants or other places. Also, thankful the hotel make accommodations for grocery runs and delivery to my room. The hotel staff made my girlfriend's birthday a very special one with the balloons, flowers, and cake brought to my room and the courtesy pickup from the airport. I despised every moment of checking out and leaving. Would definitely recommend a stay at this hotel and most definitely want to stay at this hotel again when visiting San Antonio!
