I stayed at the hotel as a overnight guest in process joining the military. Very nice hotel with great food service and customer service. Bed was comfy too. Only thing i was having issue with was cooling the room down. But overall room was 👍

We went here to catch a seminar. It has a beautiful pool and ballrooms.

I recently returned to this Double Tree location for a baby shower and the ballroom was so beautiful! This location was awesome for the baby shower. The food served was delicious as well, especially the shrimp wraps! I would recommend this beautiful hotel for weddings, baby showers, birthdays etc. You will be satisfied with what the Double Tree has to offer especially the courtyard. Ask for Ricky he was the best!

The room, which was a single, was very comfortable. An excellent change from the hospital he was forced to do to. The food service was not very good. But otherwise, if you are looking for a place which offers a safe place and the confidence that you are safe there, I recommend it, they work very hard. If you just want a place to have the old one night stand, but the kind that keeps on giving, I recommend Austin.

I stayed here Nov 2015 thanksgiving. For one night visiting my Inlaws for the first time..Parking over night cost 15 dollars . I saw certain people getting charged different amounts for breakfast ..Shady.. VERY SHADY place. NEVER AGAIN! BE TRUTHFUL TO YOUR CUSTOMERS, YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED! Shady.. VERY SHADY place. NEVER AGAIN! BE TRUTHFUL TO YOUR CUSTOMERS, I get to my room and it was nice, I have no complaints other than while being on the 3rd floor I could hear everything from doors slamming to people walking/running in the hallways. (people will be people, nothing new there) it's to be expected. The morning of check out was hit with a bunch of hidden fees, and I did NOT get my deposit back because supposedly it went towards "tax fees".. In the end my stay was NOT $99 like we were told instead we paid $171..

Very nice hotel. Clean rooms, lots of amenities, shuttle service is extremely convienant, and close to restaurants. My only gripe is that I had a hard time reaching the front desk by phone from my room. I had to call multiple times to get someone. Staff was nice.

I attended a market training event for the day. A lunch buffet provided by the hotel was included, and the food was excellent. I didn't spend much time in the lobby area or the quad, but I did notice that they were both very clean and comfortable. The staff appeared to be busy and involved any time that I noticed them but did not hesitate to provide additional assistance when needed, which I really appreciateciated.

The room was really nice and clean. The bed was comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I was attending and event and the provided lunch was great for a buffet lunch. Overall it was a great stay and an easy girl to work with for events

The hotel is located in a busy location which attracted a lot of noise. Although I liked the antique-feel of the hotel, it could use some updating. The bathrooms are quite small and not the cleanest. We did not interact with the staff much but they were friendly when we checked in/out.

Really nice hotel. Had a nice pool and hot tub. Rooms are clean. I like the old fashioned elevator in the courtyard. Really close to restaurants and close to airport.

Horrible!! The worst!! How does anyone ever get sleep in these places around the Airport. The planes are constantly flying by and you wake up all the time. Plus they had a shuttle but made me pay to get to them so i was tired of the noise and the BS that I checked out and went downtown. When I went to the cheaper Hotels downtown at least i had a good night sleep plus a great time. So check out the Red Roof Inn downtown its a far better deal with the riverwalk and the shopping mall. You'll be glad you did.

The exterior was charming and welcoming. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The interior and room was a bit dated but overall decent. However, the most unexpected event occurred around 3AM in the morning when I heard my wife screamed in terror and woke me from my sleep. She had paranormal experiences through out the night and needles to say we didn't get much sleep. She booked another hotel and we checked out early the next day.

The hotel is not up to usual Hilton standards. The rooms were on the verge of needing a remodel. The room A/C was weak. Setting the thermostat to 65 barely made the room comfortable. The in room coffee maker made very poor coffee.

The fire alarm malfunctioned four times on Saturday night over about an hour time period. We were at a wedding reception and the alarm could not be heard over the DJ. NO ONE from the hotel staff interrupted the DJ to announce fire alarm even though the rest of the hotel was being evacuated!!!

I was greeted immediately as I walked in. Warm cookies were given for my kids. The beds were too small, the bathroom in my room lacked cleanliness. Breakfast was Delicious! Except for one chef who came out to refill apples and banana who completely ignored a request we made to wash an Apple my daughter dropped. The hotel is really beautifully decorated in Mexican decor. Overall our stay wasn't bad, I rated a 3 for cleanliness.

A few girlfriends and I did a long weekend and stayed at the Drury recently. It is in a great location on the River Walk, so very easy to walk around to many places. Free breakfast as well as happy hour drinks and snacks each night. The room was excellent and overlooked the River Walk. The staff was incredibly nice and took care of anything we need. Did not have an opportunity to use the pool, but did stop by it and it is on the smaller side, but looked very nice. Would definitely stay there again!
