Stayed here as my flight left at 6:30am and was staying about 2 hours away. Easy to get to and the free airport shuttle only took 3 minutes to get to the hotel after we requested it. Room was large, bathroom was a little small, but not an issue.

Love this place the staff is amazing the District manager is on site, welcoming and wonderful. Breakfast was very nice and delicious. Everyone treated my family like their own. Absolutely great.

Rooms were nice, staff was very friendly and breakfast was good. Also the location is excellent! Only thing I'd improve is drawers to put your stuff in, they're aren't really any! Also, the shower pressure is good but the shower head is low. Put that thing up high! I'm only 6'1" and I've gotta duck under it. Gravity will take care of short people, you can't make the water spray up!

The place looks good new style, the room had a refrigerator that made lot of noise, I tuned on the heater and smells like a burning hair. The breakfast is simple but I think need more natural options not only apple and banana. Has a big parking lot no problem with that.

The receptionist was super nice.the room was a normal hotel room. Clean and plenty of power outlets. The bathroom light was blindly bright in the morning, but the built in nightlight in the switch was bright enough to work with. The parking garage allowed me to park on the same level as my room and just walk do the hallway, super convenient. I enjoyed my stay.

Nice place. Would have given 5 stars except our room was right by the elevator so we heard the ding from the elevator everytime it was used. Lots of options for breakfast.

Clean rooms, and nice breakfast. They have an automatic pancake maker, while that might sound silly, it was still fun to watch. While I did not swim, the pool area looked nice. Gated parking added a sense of security in an area known for car break ins. Downside for me was the noise. My room was not immediately next to the elevator, but I could still hear it clearly. Neighbors use of bathroom facilities also seemed to be more apparent than I would have liked. Staff was very courteous and check in took less than two minutes.

Nice hotel, when I first arrive they offers me free beer and snacks. That was great! There shuffle service was great alwell. Dropped me off at the rental car, bar, and the airport in the morning.

This recently renovated property is everything you would expect from a newly constructed Holiday Inn Express. The rooms and lobby are bright and inviting enough to appease most any traveler. However, the property's most outstanding amenity is the friendliness of the staff. Always smiling and looking for a way to make a guest's stay just a bit better, these individuals are a joy to interact with. My only complaint was the noise level of my room. I stayed in room 802, which faced Loop 410. Morning traffic noise was especially prominent and was compounded by an equally loud air conditioning fan. My suggestion would be to request a room on the backside of the property in order to minimize the noise level. All in all, though, this is a hotel that delivers comfort and service at a reasonable rate for business and pleasure travelers alike.
