Good location. Shuttle from the airport was prompt, driver and staff friendly. Also kept the room cool which is a plus. Breakfast was good for a free offering.

Very comfortable place. Rick was very welcoming, and greeted us every time we would come in & out. He was willing to help on everything, and on any concern we had. My family, and I loved our stay.

Rick was hospitable, professional, and gave excellent service. Stayed here for work and as a young adult people tend to treat us differently. He treated me like a person. Awesome stay! I recommended to any one.

This place is terrible. I found bed bugs in my room so they put us in another room just to find more bed bugs. Not a few bed bugs but INFESTED with them. We did not receive any apology and were denied laundry services when asked. 0/10 do NOT recommend.

Room is very spacious and clean. Bathroom need a little TLC around the tube . Most workers are nice, so far. Have enjoyed the breakfast as always.

The room we got was wheel chair accessible even though we did not ask for it. The bed was comfortable but the room was missing it's baseboards which was kind of weird. No complementary water but coffee was. We had to pay 2.25 for a 16.oz bottle. Breakfast was good. Overall the stay was okay, but I was expecting more from Hampton Inn

I had a confirmed reservation but a flight got rerouted due to weather and I was stuck in Abilene.

So my wife, who was in town to pick me up, shows up at the hotel and they won't let her check in. (She reached her daily limit on a debit card -- another story).

So anyway she calls me and I offer to pay with another card and they refuse. She had cash which they would not accept. And the room was paid for already and they refused to give us a refund.

Not kidding. You can't make this up!

Took me an SOLID HOUR on the phone with Travelocity. But I did get a refund. The hotel actually had the nerve to try and prevent the refund when Travelocity called the front desk!!!!

In the end, my wife wound up happy, because this hotel is in a bad neighborhood and she got a better room at the Holiday Inn for less $$$.

Well, I enjoyed my stay here, I stayed at another nearby Hotel and the airplanes would just roar outside our window day and night. I stay on the first floor and do not realize I am near the Airport. Breakfast is really good and something different everyday. Megan does really good job with the Breakfast food, really tasty. Andre is great at the front desk, funny and friendly. Greets you when come in back from what you are doing. I should have asked the day 1, but asked Andre if they sale toothpaste, he gave me free travel one. The cleaning person was great and the bed was very comfortable. What can I say, I would stay here again.

This is a great hotel that is very clean and easy to get in and out. Internet is speedy by hotel standards. The 1 king and 2 queen suites are the best and well worth the extra $10 to $15. The suites are very spacious, clean, and beds are reasonably comfortable. Breakfast is also adequate, with oat meal, yogurt, daily fruits, waffle and the usual bread and cereal plus 1or 2 hot dishes per day. Rooms are generally quiet most of the time though those facing the highway may get a bit more noise once in a while. If quietness is important the rooms away from highway may be the best choices. Bathrooms and amenities are well maintained and there are also a jacuzzi and an indoor pool. Access to highway 410 and 281 is extremely easy. Only things I don't like are: there is a weird heavy mirror facing the beds in every room. Also, occasionally on the top floor I could hear airplanes taking off from q distance, but to a tolerable extent given the location and frequency. Overall I like the hotel a lot. Especially the suites are the nicest rooms in this area even better than those at Embassy Suites on the other side of 281.

Everything was great except the housekeeping. The hours they were on your floor everyday were different so we would leave at 12 and come back at 5 and they will not have come (presumably because we left too late) but then some days we would leave at 9 am and be back at 3 and they wouldn't be cleaned either. I spend 7 days there and they only cleaned 3 times.

Good location, very friendly staff and 24/7 access to coffee. I would have liked a little refrigerator in the room, but since I only stayed two nights that didn't bother me too much. All in all good stuff!
