Stayed here to visit Pittsburgh and watch the Steelers vs Patriots. We stayed for 3 nights, Friday through Monday. Room wasn't completely clean and 3/4 keys stopped working. Breakfast was average. Definitely had worse but have also had better. Slightly different each day we were there so that was nice. Unfortunately needed to walk outside to get to breakfast as well, but not a big deal while we were there. Overall great hotel. Room was big and spacious and the service was excellent. Would definitely stay again. GO PATS!

I just stayed 1 night to be close to the airport for an early morning flight. I got a king suite, which was a very nice room. Full size fridge, stove & dishwasher! Although i did not need it I can see how that could come in handy with a family & for a longer stay. The room was spotless and pretty well updated

This hotel looks good online. I stayed this weekend 10/19 - 10/22. Its a old hotel the house cleaning is not good and the breakfast sucks. I do not eat pork so no meat. I will never stay there again.

It was clean and quiet. My only issue was the toilet wouldn't flush and the batteries in the remote were dead. Didn't make it to breakfast, but the setup looked okay while walking to our room.

Rude House Cleaning Staff.

I had the opportunity to stay for 2 week and experience this hotel. I would like to bring to the notice of the higher management of a staff named Bobby, who kept forcing us every time to write good reviews about him on tripadvisor since day 1. When he came to know we didn't write review he stopped cleaning our room and servicing our room. If we ask him to change bed cover, he would give the bed cover rudely and ask us to put in the bed cover and be rude to us. He carries the attitude as if we are staying in the hotel for free and he is doing a favour servicing this room. I complained about him to Manager, still there was not any stern action taken by management and hence forced to write this review. As this not a paid review i can give you only 1 star and don't recommend this hotel to others. Even the other house keeping staff are his friends are behave as rude like him.

Most of the reviews written are forced by staff and kindly don't believe in what's written appreciating a specific housekeeping staff.

Great hotel. Staff are friendly and helpful. Shout out to malik at the desk and Stephanie from housekeeping who both went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. This place has decent coffee with the breakfast in the morning.

Top notch service for business travel
Friendly helpful staff , above and beyond.
Their suite and park special is one of the best deals in the industry.
109.00 for overnight suite and up to seven days parking ?
Can't be beat !
When I mentioned I had a large boat transport trailer ?
No problem, we'll make sure we have room .
Ten stars !
Safe secure location , great staff , added a second night on return tonight !
Rarely do I stick to one chain, Marriott has continued to impress me and for a guy who's on the road 29+ days a month ?
Those little extras makes all the difference in the world .

Three story buildings clustered around a pool and sport courts, BBQ and a fire pit. Big comfortable beds, stocked kitchen and full sized fridge. Nicer than my apartment and airport close. Plenty of restaurants and Target just a mile away in case you get hungry. But with breakfast included and evening happy hours it's unlikely!

Nice hotel. Good location near airport, but still quiet. Could use some updating though, the sheets on the pull out couch appeared to be the same ones we used when we stayed there 12 years earlier.

Pretty decent stay so far. Room is clean, as it should be. Even though companies are only doing this because it saves them money, I like the towel/linen reuse program.

Pros:
They have solo sugar packs, so I don't have to break open the coffee creamer and sugar packs when drinking tea
Great room layout

Cons:
Face wash feels waxy, probably not good for people with acne.
Easy to hear room above me, but it's not super loud.
Ventilation is loud, but most residence inns are the same and it didn't keep me up at night.
The eggs at breakfast are terrible, but there are other options.

Update:
Sorry for dropping review to 3 stars, but you guys should really have more weights in the exercise room. 5, 10, and 15lb weights don't cut it. I'd say have up to 50lb weights in there.
