This is a very nice hotel that is close to the airport as well as the mall at Robinson and many dining options. If you are coming into pittsburgh for a visit, I would highly recommend this hotel. I would like to point out that this hotel is about a 10-15 min drive from downtown proper.

They have rooms to stay in. The staff works there. The staff wasn't mean or nice. The rooms weren't bad or good. There has to be a better or worse choice. I will find somewhere else

300 0f us celebrated our work anniversaries with the best food stations I've been to in a long time. Food was very good and staff served very professionally. Well done Marriott!

Stay was seamless Room was very spacious for a king size Strange Marriott rules require you to order a mini fridge. Dogs are allowed in the hotel which is cool but not if you are allergic. Attended a wedding, outside patio is beautiful and the catering was good as well. Not quite 5 stars but not too far off the mark.

My room was comfortable and clean. I wish it would have had a mini fridge, but that's not a huge deal for me. The staff was helpful and kind. There is a large parking lot, but its layout means that you still may need to walk a ways to/from your car. Overall, it's a nice place to stay for the price.

We arrived around 2 15 pm. Had to wait over an hour, room was not ready. Had asked for foam instead of feather pillows on reservation (allergies) and they said they could not find foam pillows. While waiting in lobby wanted to get some coffee at the bar/Starbucks. No one was manning the bar for 15 minutes despite inquiries
Eventually we were comped the coffees. Otherwise it is a pleasant enough Marriott..response / report this review -

Stayed here for a day since i had a flight the next day. Hotel is very close to the airport and quiet. Plenty of parking. Staff was very friendly, helpful (accommodating of my requests), room was comfy and nice.

I went here twice for a wedding and each time we had a good time. The staff was friendly and attentive. They didn't seem to get stressed out during the busy times.

First of all, this is several miles from the airport and you have to call a shuttle from PIT which may then take anywhere from 15 to 25 minutes to get there. In room 902, there was mould in the shower and the whole room was a bit tired looking, the staff at arrival appeared to be fairly past the point of caring. Called reception to have them arrange for a taxi pick up at 6:45 a.m. the next day for an important meeting downtown and no taxi showed up. Turns out reception had ordered it for 6:45 p.m. Needless to say there were no cars available until about 7:15, the meeting was at 7:30, resulting in a very unhappy client for me to deal with. Apologies offered by hotel staff-zero.
Hotel shuttle drivers are mostly busy driving bored people to shopping malls rather than the airport so if you're on a tight schedule, don't bother as the general cadence of operation for the shuttle is "every half hour", which, again, can also mean 9:35 or 9:40 if you're unlucky.
As a Marriott Elite rewards member, I was decidedly underwhelmed by the whole experience and cannot recommend this property.response / report this review -

Attended a wedding reception at the hotel. The reception was beautiful. The staff was very kind and courteous and the food was delicious. Everyone had a great time and you can tell this place knows what they're doing for wedding receptions.

We went for a funeral luncheon. There was plenty of food, and the dishes we had we're tasty. They were unlabeled, so I'm not sure what was ordered, but there were rolls and salad, steamed vegetables, ziti, and two types of baked chicken. The desserts were delicious too. I had cheesecake. The event center is very professional, looks modern, and well lit.
