The room was comfortable and quiet, the people were friendly, and even though I went towards the end of breakfast, they hadn't let the oatmeal turn into a brick. Their airport shuttle was convenient, too; the driver, Dennis, is a good ambassador for the hotel and the city. I'd stay there again.

My stay at Hampton Inn was good. I got into Pittsburgh at 2am at the airport and they came and picked me up within minutes. They had snacks, breakfast and a comfortable room. My only complaint could be my own fault, but housekeeping knocked on my door around 9 in the morning. It might have just been a rookie mistake not to put a tag outside but 9am on a Sunday seems a little too early.

Very clean rooms. The breakfast bar was amazing. I had a freshly made waffle with Butterfinger pieces and whipped cream. Health options included fruit and yogurt. The staff was very accommodating. There was also free wine and cheese in the evening.

Incredibly cozy, nice room. The bed was really, really comfortable. The pillows were perfect. It was quiet. The hotel staff were accommodating and very nice. Would definitely stay here again if we ever happen to pass through. Really good location, and perfectly reasonable rates!

The hotel is located very close to the airport, which makes for a good option for quick commuting instead of transporting all the way to Pittsburgh. There are several restaurants within a ten minute drive, but if you are staying overnight you might need to get delivery. Staff was nice and the bed was very confortable.

Employees were nice didn't find any that went out of their way to say hi. Rooms could've been cleaner it was clean but the non obviously places needed cleaned. Toilet didn't look like it was cleaned inside of bowl. I've stayed at many different Hampton inns to compare to. This was not a favorite one but doable.

The location was convenient to where I needed to go in Pittsburgh. The room was clean and comfortable and well appointed. The staff was very nice and helpful. I had a lovely stay there. There were lots of towels I could use as many as I wanted!

Very nice updated rooms. Good service - they helped us with finding the airport and parking. The walls are a little thin, but it's not too noticeable.

I chose this hotel because of their reasonable rates, and because they advertised 'free parking'. Upon checking in, I was advised that free parking did not apply because I had made my reservation through Priceline. When I asked for an explanation, they really could not offer one; their response could be summed up as follows: "Just because". They sent me to a local parking garage, which cost me $50

Have stayed several. Always very friendly staff. Rooms clean. Comfy beds. Had a very late arrival 3am. Fred at the desk provided excellent customer service. Will stay here every time in the area.

This place was nice! It looks crappy on the outside, and the lobby isn't that inviting, but man the room was nice! Newly remodeled, very nice bed. I really didn't want to wake up this morning. Didn't get a chance to eat the breakfast. Next time I'm in town I'll stay again.

My in-laws stayed here on a recent visit and had no complaints. The room was clean and nicely furnished in warm wood tones. In spite of being an "airport" hotel, there were a good number of restaurants nearby. Plenty of parking and nice front desk staff.
