This hotel is very elegant and expensive. I felt important just by entering the lobby.

Insanely convenient. Good food, prices on par with other hotels. Coffee was excellent. Room seemed well maintained and clean. Free wifi was great for business. Friendly, helpful staff.

Not much on the outside but nice inside with interesting art and sculptures. Both the large and small conference rooms are nice for individual groups and large presentations. Staff was attentive to our group of several hundred and the close proximity of the large and small conference rooms helped us transition easily.

Quiet comfortable hotel attached to the airport. Always great on a short stay when you can walk to the hotel! I believe they do have transportation within a few miles though if needed. I did not try the restaurant of gym but the bar was lively and open late with a decent late night menu. Just outside the window near the entrance is a number of bee hives that are kept by a hotel beekeeper as the Hyatt regency Pittsburgh does it's part to help combat the falling populations of bees. doesn't make your stay any different but pretty cool.

Clean lovely room and connected to the airport. Staff in bar/restaurant were really nice but the staff at the front were not. Overall good place to stay if just having to layover for the night for early flight the next day.

Hotel is pretty nice, restaurant/bar has good food but limited beer selection. Room was pretty decent. Location is excellent if you are flying out of the airport. HOWEVER, I'm not sure I've ever met a worse front desk staff. I booked my room 2 or 3 hours before arrival, and booked through a "discount" booking site because the price of the room was 50 bucks cheaper than through the Hyatt app. Well apparently my reservation was lost, and even though I had the confirmation number and email, they couldn't do anything. It took them at least 20 minutes before finally figuring it out, no one told me what was going on, no one apologized for the error, all I got was a "thanks for your patience" after they finally gave me my keys to the room.

It's a beautiful hotel, however it does have a luxury price to go along with it. The room we had was lacking a fridge and microwave. The sheets felt very used (almost like they weren't rinsed off completely).the staff was phenomenal! The other down side was dining options. Room service for 2 costs us $46 and all we got were hamburgers and fries. All in all it was a good place to stay right by the airport, but very pricey

Beautiful, clean, inviting spaces throughout the hotel. Friendly staff eager to accommodate. A food menu that is top-notch and will cover all tastes. Comfy beds, quiet rooms, a lovely pool and workout facility. The best part? It's just a three-minute covered walk to and from the airport! I LOVE THIS HOTEL!

Location is great, making meetings a breeze. Rooms are surprisingly quiet, especially given that the hotel is attached to an airport! Service has been top notch each time I have had meetings here.

Checking in the night before my flight was easy and convenient. It gave peace of mind that I would have an easier start the next day. The fitness center and indoor pool were top notch.

Stayed here for a week for a work training. Their catered food is AMAZING and comes from local farmers!! Rooms are comfortable, although walls are very thin. Staff have all been very polite and great at their jobs. Also, it's connected to the airport which is super convenient.

We love staying at this hotel. It couldn't be more convenient as my in-laws live 2 hours from Pittsburgh and we like to take early flights. The staff is extremely helpful and the amenities are great. The kids love the pool and spa and the gym has everything you need for a quick work out. We haven't ever eaten at the restaurant or ordered room service but the bar and restaurant look nice. Overall I would give it 4 stars and we'll definitely be staying there again.
