Fantastic staff, courtesy shuttle to airport, and a very nice breakfast. Rooms were not cleaned very well. A little noisey, but a nice stay for an early morning flight.

Had a quick stay but the suite was very clean. Microwave and fridge was included so that's always a plus. Bed was comfortable and the location of the hotel is great. Many places to eat in walking distance.

This is a pretty good hotel for the price point with a nice breakfast included with the room. They also offer a shuttle to and from the airport. I was dismayed to learn they took all the beverage machines from the hotel. I could not get a bottled water. They do not have bottled water in the rooms. I requested one and got an apology on saturday. But no one got any water so that they did not have any sunday night. Hotels should have water for guests.

The carpet is really bad for people who have sinus and allergies like me. It needs to be watch. Breakfast is not a big deal( eggs no flavor at all)

Nice staff, but old furnishings, maintenance issues, musty smell in rooms, no digital thermostat in rooms, key cards werent working so the front desk had to let us in our rooms if we ever wanted to come and go. (Seriously?!?) I get that naybe the system broke down unexpectantly. But, three days later and it still isn't working? The location of this hotel is pretty good if you want to be close to fast food and the airport. Not much by way of nicer restaurants in the area though. The tired appearance of the interior and the mediocre quality of beds and furnishing rounds out my thought for this hotel. I will probably look elsewhere for future visits to Pittsburgh.

Great area very quiet lots of places around such as restaurants, a mall, and just everything you might need. Staff is very friendly. Pool is small but enough for a small group to enjoy. Beds are comfy rooms are clean and nice. Breakfast in the morning is wonderful

Friendly staff, nice rooms, decent breakfast. Only complaint was the temperature of the spa in the pool area. It was way lower than it should be, it only felt a few degrees warmer than the pool.

Nice clean location that is close to the airport, shopping, and restaurants. Plenty of spots (like Starbucks, Old Navy, Bed Bath and Beyond, and a sandwich shop, just to name a few) within walking distance, too. Unfortunately the hot tub was down, but the pool was very warm. There was a little workout room, as well. I would definitely go back the next time I need to stay in the area.

Common areas have a trendy modern look. Room was nice with 2 tvs and kind of a half kitchen. All around nice place.

This was an older hotel. The room was spacious and bright, but had a bad smell (like cherry tobacco}. The next day, cleaning staff skipped our room. When we asked the front desk, they did it, but they didn't make the bed very well (the sheets kept coming off the corners). There was a complimentary breakfast that was a little smaller than other Spring hill Suites we've been to. We were very excited that the pool and whirlpool were open (although pretty dirty). The front desk staff was cheerful and helpful as we have come to expect at the Marriott.

Room was very nice and spacious as well as clean. They offer all the typical services you would expect such as a shuttle service to and from the airport. The free continental breakfast is also very good and offers many different choices to pick from. The hotel was quiet and also very clean. I enjoyed the fact my room had a smart TV w/ Internet so connecting with streaming apps was a snap. This was a huge plus because I didn't have to use my phone as I normally do when I travel. My only complaints would be that the free Internet they offer is on a unsecured network, so unless you enjoy exposing all your personally info to anyone you w/ the basic knowledge to access it I wouldn't connect to it. I would definitely recommend staying here to anyone however asked.
