  The staff is very friendly and helpful. Laura M. was very helpful in trying to find a resource to fix my flat tire. The hotel is a bit worn and in need of an update. Location is good, about 25 minutes to downtown Pittsburgh.

  We arrived around 10 pm on a Saturday night having decided to stay a night near Pittsburgh to do some activities with our daughter. My daughter was eager to get to the pool so we brought our bags to the room and got her suit on. I noticed a sticky spot on the desk. We went to the pool and the hot tub was closed. It smelled so strong of bleach in the pool area it was irritating my sinuses and lungs. My daughter started having a skin reaction and had to get out before wanting to. We got back to the room and noticed the floors needed vacuuming. Also when pulling the bed spread back the sheets looked like they had deep creases as if they had already been slept on. I reluctantly stayed in the room anyway because it was late and I was tired. At breakfast there wasn't any flavored creamer for coffee ( disappointed). I expect better from Marriott.

  Location is great. Quiet and not a lot of traffic. On the flip side, there aren't a lot of close restaurants. Staff are all helpful and friendly. A little updating would make it a 5/5 stars.

  Excellent visit to Neville island location. Modern clean lobby and rooms. Great service from the front desk. Pleasant variety at continental breakfast including two different kinds of waffle makers. We never heard other guests even though we know there were many. We stayed two nights and we will come back again if we need to stay in the area again. Easy short drive to the mall. King's restaurant next door is tasty and similar to an IHOP or Denny's but clean and nice. The pool was probably over treated with chemicals, but we swam 4 times anyway and hopefully they will have it adjusted correctly next time we visit. The kids loved the pool. We liked the hot tub. It overlooks a wall of windows out to a well maintained patio with chairs, tables, grills, and a large gas fire pit. The view there is nice, looking down a hill at a river with a pretty bridge in the background. We'll stay here again when we pass through. This is the type of hotel we were hoping for when we scheduled a room from 3 states away.

  Loved this place! Brought a group of ten for a first time meeting. The staff was great, they were so accommodating for us. I also rented the meeting room. I spoke to Carly on the phone a few times so friendly and willing to help. Then when we arrived Robin went out of her way to help us out. Great rooms, nice patio area with gas fire pit. In the morning we had our free breakfast and the lobby had a big table for our group.
  Don't hesitate to go here especially if you have some group event.

  I stayed here on a business trip recently and was impressed. The rooms seemed recently updated. The beds were comfortable and the rooms clean. The staff was extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. I had a room that faced the river which was nice. The only down side had nothing to do with the hotel. There did not seem to be too many places near the hotel to eat.

  This hotel is a great value for the price. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I found the hot breakfast to be pretty good. There is ample parking. A gas station is conveniently located across the street. The location is pretty good as it's about a 15 minute/8 mile drive to downtown Pittsburgh.

  I arrived in the evening, and came into a bright and clean lobby. Greeted and assigned a room #210. They were also accommodating since I forgot my toothbrush they had one available for me, thank you. The king size bed was pleasant and thank you again for the coffee. I'm a heavy sleeper so I slept soundly, on the other hand, my wife is a light sleeper and she heard the elevator motor throughout the night.(#208 is between us and the elevator) The breakfast was the best I've had. Pancakes, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, cereal, etc
