When we travel we always try an stay at a Residence In. We like the full kitchen and that kids have a separate bedroom and bathroom. While this hotel was ok it was definitely not the Marriott standards we are use to. My main issue was the dirty sheets on the bed (one comforter had blood drops on it). When we called the front desk, they were very friendly and apologize and had new bedding delivered right away.
Hotel it's self is decent but a little beat up and is definitely in need of some repairs. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall not bad, other than house keeping issues.

I was in Orlando for a class I was taking, and I arrived fairly late, but the check-in staff was very friendly and the process went smoothly. The breakfast that is included in the price of the room was excellent. There were a large variety of options available, and the staff who oversaw cleaning the dining area as well as restocking the food were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and spacious and, most importantly, the bed was comfortable.

Samantha the front desk agent was great. After a long drive to Orlando. I requested an early check in and she delivered. Once that the room was available. She called me to my cell. This was also my second time to this hotel and it never have let me down. Very roomy and clean. Great breakfast. Can't wait for our next visit.

The hotel pool was disappointing considering that it is in a vacation town. It's a small rectangle with no real shallow end for kids. The breakfast selection was fine, but the seating area was great. The room itself was roomy, and had all the amenities expected. However, the sink is not separated from the bedroom, so forever brushing your teeth while you're partner sleeps.

Really loved this hotel, especially the layout of the standard rooms - they're very spacious and they also come with cooking burners and a full fridge. Service here is great and check-in was a breeze. You even may receive a little welcome gift bag if you're a Rewards member. You can also use the Marriott app to request things be brought to your room. Beds were very comfy. Room interiors are a bit dated but not terrible.

Clean and nice. Stayed for 5 nights and was very pleased. Downside was that the place is pet friendly and has no place to walk the pets. Pet friendly places should really have a place a person can walk their pets. Air conditioner honestly couldn’t keep room cool enough, seemed kind of warm. Would definitely stay again!

Overall like most Residence Inns. I'd argue they are best utilized if a small family 4+ stay per room and multiple nights to fully maximize the small kitchen that comes with them. Bed, pillows and sheets were great. A/c got cold after being left on for awhile. Shower was good. Would I visit again? Probably, if I came with more people and took advantage of the room.

Stayed at the Residence Inn Orlando Convention Center location recently. I have to say I always stay at Residence Inns when given the opportunity, but this hotel really was not up to the standards of a normal Residence Inn. Hotel was dated and in need of a serious update. Furniture was very cheap looking and feeling. Saw two different rooms because the first room they offered us had a bad smell and broken furniture. The king size bed in one of the bedrooms was very drop in the middle and had a queens size head board. The good part of the hotel was the staff was very accommodating and helpful. Breakfast was good and had a good variety. Evening reception had a goof variety of wine and snacks.

So far so good. One night in to a three night stay. Room is large and generous, but there is a slight smell of smoke. Seems maybe it used to be a smoking room? Doesn't bother me.

The room is huge and was incredibly reasonably priced. Every member of the staff has been super cordial and helpful. Staff went out of their way to make sure my stay not just in their hotel, but this city was great. Highly recommended.

Rooms are very nice for the price. The rooms are spacious. Great for on-the-go Travelers who also need to space to work. Front desk attendance for very friendly and polite.

Building is a bit dated but very well kept. Nice location with various food choices within walking distance. Rooms are clean and very spacious. I certainly appreciated the free breakfast and free grocery shopping service. One of my favorites!

The hotel staff was very helpful and attentive. Our suite was clean. The hotel was well lit, clean and quiet. It was easy to find. I will stay here again if I need a hotel near the convention center.
