Horrible experience from the beginning. Checked in and the room was stifling and the carpet was dirty. Waited over an hour for it to cool down and it still didn't. Called front desk and they told us they were fully booked so they couldn't change our room but they would send maintenance up. After waiting another hour we called back down and they moved us to another room?? The next day house keeping came in and semi made the bed but did not change the trash or replace towels. We passed by a stairwell on the backside where an employee was getting high. That night once again the air stopped working in this room as well. Called down and were told that maintenance would be up, an hour later called back and we're told it'll be 15 minutes. Thirty minutes later at 10:30 pm we were told it would be at least two hours??? They never came. Front desk was ride and told us the situation didn't concern her so we shouldn't be taking it out on her when we asked about it. Sleeping in a room that was registering 78° while on vacation is NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!! I would not refer anyone to this hotel. We ran into a couple on the elevator that was having the same issue!

This has to be one of the WORST Resorts I've ever been to. I've never encountered what I've encountered during my stay at the Allure Resort. First, all of the women at the front counter is rude, with disgusting attitudes. They all act as if they hate their jobs. My, please don't ask a question. They act as if you're bothering them. The first lady I spoke to, gave me the run-around about my room and when it was booked. The first room that I was given, looked as if someone tried to break in. The door wasn't even closed all the way shut and I had a very hard time closing it. The only way to fully close the door, is to SLAM it. Ridiculous. So I went back to the counter to explain the problem, in which I was given a second room that didn't even exist. I was so frustrated because I was exhausted from a long trip and I just wanted to relax. She remained the same from the beginning, which is rude and very disrespectful. The rooms were fairly clean. But upon my departure, I approached a young woman by the name of Vanessa. I approached her and there wasn't a smile nor a pleasant greeting. I told her that I would like to check out. She asked for the key and then said "you're good to go," and puts her face back into the computer. No receipt was given, no thank you for your stay, NOTHING! Until I asked to speak with a manager. In which her tone nor facial expressions changed at all. Clearly customer service is a huge issue in this place. Overall my experience wasn't the very best and I will NOT be back.

Allure resort has potential to be great. If you look at all the reviews half are awful the other half are good/great. There are two buildings that make up this hotel. One is smaller and labeled the Metropolitan Center. That is where I booked my first room. It was kind of gross and the sheets had stains that you could tell they tried to clean with bleach but it didn't really work. I requested to upgrade my room (it was roughly another $30) and they moved me to the taller building which was great and clean. It was way less sketchy on that side. So don't avoid this hotel they have great pricing but for the love of all that is sanitary avoid the smaller Metropolitan building!

Stayed Saturday, Sunday and left Monday morning. It's a clean nice motel. Sunday morning around 9 am the fire alarm went off. The staff says it was a false alarm. Then around 1 am Monday morning the fire alarm went off again I went out side and other customers were going out to. It was another false alarm. Then around 4 and 8 am it went off again so we really didn't get a good night sleep. Called for rags twice and never received them. Ask for some type of compensation and they said it was nothing they can do so I recommend no one goes to this motel. Bad customer service!!

I must have been really lucky given the last few reviews. I really needed a couple of relaxing days and there were some great deals on the Allure Resort. I figured the location was hard to beat as far as great bars and restaurants within walking distance.

Yes, the hotel is dated. But our room was spotless, the a/c worked, the shower was hot and I found the receptionists to be friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I was coming back to Orlando on a budget.

WORST EVER!!!!! DON'T SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!!! I am not one to do reviews really but this one had to be done. Prostitutes all over, no parking had to park in the back by the YMCA which by the way the pool is shared with them. Kids everywhere that belong to the Y. Hot tub doesn't work. Oh and did I mention the bums sleeping in the back by the Y where I had to park. Did not feel safe at all!!!! Even watched a drug deal and a hooker doing sexual things with a man in the back by the stairs. UNSAFE!!!!

The location was great as it was in front of the Orlando eye, but the hotel itself was okay. The controls for the bed were not working, elevator was broken(floor 6 button was not functional, that was our floor), my friends room's AC was loud. But overall not bad but jot perfect.

I gave them a 5 stars because the bed was wonderful. Check out was at 12 so if anyone want sleep in they could have. The room smelled good. My only problem is that the receptionist had a nasty addiude but hey to each their own.

Edit #2 - Again no response.

Service is as good as a elevator with no electricity.

Edit - 3 days later and no response?
    Let me try again.

Guys can I get some help please? I called and emailed relentlessly two days prior to my scheduled stay to ask for a waiver of fees/refund. Due to Hurricane Irma I was not able to make it to the property. Please refund. Thank you in advance for understanding during this disaster.

The only good thing was the staff were friendly and it was walking distance to alot of things. I will start by saying they were under construction so there was no lobby. The breakfast was in a make-shift hotel room. There were NO vending machines in the hotel at all! The carpets were everywhere were filthy. Our room carpet, chair were all stained and dirty. The curtains looked like they had black mold on them.Outside there was limited seating to set and eat. The pool was old and needed a good scrub. This is 1 of the top 3 worst hotels i have ever stayed in out of 100 hotels. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

DO NOT DRINK THE WATER!!! I was trying to figure out where the chemical smells kept coming from. Finally it dawned on me that it could be coming from the leaky faucet. So I fillet up a cup and it has a strong smell of treated water. Some sort of bleach/Chlorine/Floride. No hot water for showering either. Also front desk, guest services as well as room service do not answer calls. So if you have a question you better start walking only 1 elevator works and from reading other reviews sounds like it's been out of service for some time!! It can take 30 minutes or more to get up and down from your room with its 7 person per ride limit and with stopping on every damn floor. And the worst part was the beds are horrendous!! Noisiest bed I've ever slept in. If you are sharing a room you're sure to wake the other person the second you turn over WHICH WAS ALL NIGHT because the beds are split down the middle they either inflate to the texture of a rock. Or deflate like an air mattress and you can feel the metal bar that runs down the middle of the bed Other than that it's a good location. Close to the parks. Just need a REGULAR bed and a phone in your room that's not solely for decoration.

My girlfriends company booked a stay at the allure hotel through her companies web portal. Upon arrival we were told our room was booked and that we could not check in. After 2 hours the allure hotel finally found a room for us to stay in (This was after being told for two hours that we have to find a place to stay at 12 midnight). We asked the woman at the front desk if we were being charged for anything at that point and she stated no. I specifically asked id they're any security or incidental charges and she stated no. The next morning she was charged $245 And no one at the hotel could explain why. We then had to go and speak with them again and was told no one could help us at that time and I had to come back a third time. During the third day the manager finally reversed that charge and told us we wouldn't be responsible for anything and that fee is an "authorized hold " but $45 of it is a resort fee. This made no sense as we paid the resort fee in the initial booking. The manager, Ray, could not provide me with any document stating that they charge that fee. I was then made aware that there will be no more charges to the card. We just looked at her account and she was charged another's $73.12 with no receipt or explanation as to why. Not only was this experience terrible, the room smelled like smoke, the front desk staff could not provide accurate answers for our questions, and the overall experience was so terrible I will specifically go out of my way to never stay at this chain of hotels. I have never written a hotel review ever, but the experience was so bad I wish I could get a full refund for the stay (Which I asked for and was told all they could do is remove the resort fee). Avoid this hotel as much as you can .

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of many food and entertainment options and a few minutes drive from theme parks. The room was spacious and clean. The term Continental breakfast is a bit generous for some juice and plain sliced white bread toast.

Was ok. The king bed was big but short and hard and noisy . They don't have big fluffy comforters. It's just a thin blanket and 3 sheets. Room seemed pretty clean. The hotel is in a good area. I didn't have any issues here but one lady in the elevator was complaining that she switched rooms 4 times because of roaches, toilet flooding and can't remember what else she said. They have free breakfast in the morning it's just danishes, toast and coffee. Even though I didn't have any issues I don't think I'll choose this hotel again.
