I am here for a professional conference and have only seen the various ballrooms. Staff are incredibly nice and the location is well lit and well kept. I would definitely come here again for receptions.

Rooms are nice and clean and the hotel staff is very personable. During the time we stayed here, though, they were doing construction on some of the guest rooms. Unfortunately for us, they were working on the area directly above us during our stay. Of course that's out of everyone's control, however, to be hammering and all at 8am on a Sunday is just disruptive to guests. A room change was unnecessary as we only stayed one night and were checking out Sunday morning. I'd consider staying here again, just not while their construction is taking place.

Friendly service, clean rooms, and the usual non-free breakfast, provided by Starbucks. One of the better Courtyard properties I've stayed at, for sure.

Possible the WORST customer service I've ever received. No one is there to ever pick up the phone lines and had me on hold for what felt like an eternity. I wanted to move my reservation one day and they said no I'd have to cancel. Once I cancelled I called them the next day and asked when i'd receive the money back and the cancellation fee that would be applied. The lady told me that they were going to charge me one day and tax, but that's what I paid for. So they're charging me the same price as if I were to have stayed, That's ridiculous.

Went for a conference, the front desk is great and friendly, but the room I stayed in at the back next to the freeway was LOUD. For the week I stayed there I got 5 hours of sleep. And NO free breakfast, even though my company has a agreement with them. It was a fight to get the Bistro to homer the agreement. Next time I will choose another place. Actually I'm flying out to King of Prussa, and had a choice of a Marriott or a Crown Plaza, I chose Crown because of this trip. Take note Marriott.

Staff was friendly and helpful when asked for information. The room was clean and had fresh linens. Had a view of this ferris wheel, so you know I had to go find it. It is located at beautiful park. Try the Buffalo wings at the Bistro

Good location with plenty of stuff around. The pool area is nice and the room was clean with a mini fridge. The staff members are always some of the most friendly of the hotels I've stayed in.

Clean hotel in general. Services such as checkins are pretty much all self-done, making the process really fast. Rates are great for what is provided, all the facilities and food-- although breakfast could have more diversity. All that aside, would definitely stay again otherwise.

We were there for a conference and had a great experience. The conference did have their folks at the hotel so we had double service. The rooms were clean., nice size pool. And The location was great. Almost 30 restaurant in the area. 1.4 miles from the convention. Don't trust google map/navigation, it will put you in the back parking lot of the YMCA and there is a fence between the properties. Stay on Austin street don't make the right into a random parking lot.

Excellent location, friendly staff and clean. I really liked how they added a "care package" of soap and new, fresh, towels on your door when you have "Do Not Disturb" on you door. Good move! I never like to have staff clean my room if I am only staying a night or two, so it was very nice to have fresh towels delivered to my door and waiting for me! The only thing this hotel needs is a face lift. Decor is old.

This place is beautiful. The service is great, the rooms are very clean and nice. The beds are comfortable and so are the pillows. The pool area is very nice and the tropical decor is fun. The water taxi service to Universal is also a major plus. We would definitely stay here again.
