I'm in a wheelchair and have specific needs and this hotel has been beyond accommodating. I originally booked 8 nights a universal Cabana bay but left after two nights because they refused to help me be able to use there bed. A very simple thing. Came here and the staff made it perfectly fine. It's was amazing that on Christmas Eve a manager at universal said they will not help me out. So I left. I love this hotel because everyone I've come across is pleasant and helpful. I come to Florida every year and I'll be coming back to this hotel from now on. Plus the food here is amazing. Unlike universal. We ate there and we all felt sick. Thank you Hilton and I'm sorry I didn't choose you in the first place.

This hotel and resort is great. Their staff are very helpful, and the hotel has a good location. They have several overpriced stores inside, so buy what you need before you retrieve yourself for the day. They have a kid’s pool and an adult pool, and they have a bar by the pool. Hilton Orlando is an amazing property! Two of my favorite amenities are the outdoor pool which has a lazy river and it's huge, and the indoor gym! I was there for a week on a business trip, this property is ideal to host conventions of thousands of people comfortably! The restaurant inside the hotel had good food and drinks! The hotel is not too far from restaurants and other fun activities! I really appreciated getting a text message after I checked in to make sure everything was okay with my room! Excellent customer service I would highly recommend this property.

Pleasant staff great you at this hotel. Rooms are clean and nice, with a decent view if you are on the front side of the building. The pool is amazing with a lazy River and fun slide. The hotel is kind of far from the convention center but shuttles do run. Overall had a good stay, would have liked to food options

Had a great time here! With nice views, great location and spacious rooms, this hotel is the place to stay! With the room that we booked, we had a nice view of the Orlando Eye, with its light-up color lights! The room was nicely cleaned and the hotel staff was friendly as well. The TV was chipped in the corner, but that was not a big deal, as it did not effect the viewing experience.

Had a great experience during a recent stay for a big science meeting. Staff was friendly, hotel is clean, dining options are good. I wish the small convenience store was better stocked though.

Beautiful hotel. Great customer service. Reasonable rates but lets be honest- the pool area is the reason to go here. Its as good as it looks in the pics. But it can get a little crowded.

Very extravagant hotel. Wonderful staff. Amazing pool and workout room. Breakfast for diamond members is great. Rooms are well kept and good size. Would stay at again.

This is a lovely hotel until you have a problem. I have stayed here MANY MANY times without incident, but when the valet wrecked my sports car, and I have no idea to this day why they were driving my car when I had not called for it, boy was it crickets! No one wants to explain or take ownership of what happened. they are fixing my car(of course) but it's been over a month, and trust that it has been a serious inconvenience! Just don't expect any caring from anyone there if something happens, you are on your own! Good Luck!

I've stayed at many hotels but this Hilton is by far the best I've ever experienced. The quality of the room from the bedding to the furniture was superb. The staff was extremely helpful and cordial. The pool area we phenomenal. It has everything a single person, a couple or a family could want. I'll definitely be going back.

Service is great. Bed is comfortable. The pool area is great for the family. The pillows weren't the best I've had at a Hilton, but were okay.

Beautiful resort eith lots to do. Two pools, two hot tubs, water slide, basketball court, gold, spa, and on I international drive so it's close to everything. Would recommend. Second time staying here and would do so again. Only complaint is that the continental breakfast for gold and diamond members doesn't include meats. I think it is a simple addition that would make a huge difference.

I had drinks with friends at David's. The exterior bar adjoined patio is my favorite place to go. It's very intimate and the television out there is a nice touch. I always look forward to hanging out around the table and sometimes they'll light the flames. Everything is pretty cool and laid back.

This hotel really exeplifies the Hilton experience. The property is lovely, with a large pool area and nice bars on-site. There's a small market and Starbucks, which is great. What really makes it wonderful, however is the service. The front desk is really accommodating any everyone has been extremely helpful. It's connected to the South section of the Orange County Convention Center, which is why we picked it-so easy to get back and forth from a convention. I would certainly pick this location again!

Customer service is fantastic. Lobby is extravagant and impressive. The pools are mind-blowing and relaxing. Connected to the convention center it's very convenient. The rooms are outdated and could use a modern touch, but very comfortable non the less. Overall I would recommend this place to friends and family.
