Went to a conference last minute and they had a room available. Very accommodating. Very nice staff. Would definitely recommend for cost and convenience.

Clean room and nice staff. Someone sent a text every day to see if I needed assistance and was having a good time. Very convenient location to get to the convention center. Not many frills and our room did not have a fridge, but we didn't request one either. Fast food is about a 10 minute drive due to traffic and lights

Location is great. Convenient to attractions like universal and sea world. Also perfect for conferences, plenty of shopping and dining. The breakfast is good for a hotel in this range. What I appreciated most was the fresh fruit - sliced grapefruit, orange, and pineapple. The rooms are typical of the Hampton inn beans and very comfortable and decent size. The fitness room is a bit cramped, but again typical for the brand, with weights, two treadmills, and an elliptical. The thing that sets this property apart is that every staff member with whom I interacted was very friendly and helpful. Front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage. All were great. Finally, the price was just right. I would absolutely stay here again.

The receptionists in this hotel are doing great job of providing hotel services to the customers. I want to give this hotel 5 stars because of their great employees and their services. In particular, Tatiana has been very flexible to get the room for me while other hotels couldn't be flexible enough to provide me any options. So, I want to make sure Tatiana's Manager acknowledge her exceptional service to make sure her guess has room to stay. Thanks Tatiana.

The stay was great. Comfortable. Breakfast was good. The bathroom weren't the cleanest and the toilets flush were pretty weak.

First of all hhonors hotels are always in great shape. The service is always good too. The lady working at this location acknowledged that I was going to have to wait a minute as she was checking someone in and told me thank you for your patience. That's a great quality in CS!

Nice, quite, clean hotel, great beds. Staff very friendly. Good breakfast every morning. Room did not have a refrigerator or microwave. It would of been nice in 90 plus degree weather & 105% humidity to have a refrigerator, if I had known, I would of booked another hotel, in this day and age rooms need refrigerators. l did not get the normal channels (NBC, CBS, FOX), asked to fix it but nothing ever happened. Got sick of watching ABC. Located one block off of International Dr. with lots of restaurants near by. Five minutes away from Universal Studios. Easy to get on highway to get to Disney.

Great hotel. Clean, very comfy beds, with lots of pillows! Big screen TV with free movies. Spacious bathroom. Great Free hot breakfast buffet. My 11 yr old loved the Mickey Mouse waffle he made himself with choice of toppings. I enjoyed the omelet. Lots of choices & open 6am - 10 am! 20 minutes from Disney parks.

Great location centrally located for parks. Room was very clean. Pool was nice and clean, towels supplied. Breakfast was decent but even for 8:00 they were out of stuff. The staff were all very kind and helpful. We will be going back. Located within walking distance to multiple restaurants.

Very nice place to stay if you are going to universal or some other Disney attractions since there's a bus carrying you there. Beds are very nice and the showers are ok. TV works fine except for the remote (could have been just me)

The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean. Kadim was wonderful. Breakfast bar was fabulous. The hotel was easily accessible to many places in Orlando. Would definitely recommend it and stay there again.

Staff was awesome; always friendly and super helpful. Hotel is a tad dated, but not bad for the price and location. Easy walk to the convention center or anything for dinner.

It's really the staff that makes this hotel so great. Had several interactions with the employees there and they were all very warm, professional, and accommodating. If you are in town for business and you're looking to keep costs low, this is a great choice.
