Used Marriott rewards points to stay here Very nice room for 10,000 redeemed points Very friendly helpful staff. Close to highway and a nearby mall and restaurants 10 to 15 min drive to downtown Milwaukee.

This hotel is getting old and dated. The carpet was worn through in spots, the showers are dirty and stained, and rooms are overall dated and dirty. The steps on the exterior of the building looked unsafe to use as the wood is rotting and the paint is peeling. The staff is unfreindly and does nothing to make you feel welcome. Do not consider this hotel if looking for a nice stay.

The rooms are nicer basically a small condo type layout, they've got the standard WiFi breakfast dinner and such, also what's nice is you get a kitchen (full sized refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and a few dishes)

Always stay at this hotel when im in the area. Residence Inn has never let me down. Very friendly staff and great access to many stores and the mall.
