The staff is excellent and courteous. A couple of fast food restaurants are within walking distance and a good restaurant which serves adult beverages 2 minutes away.

The rooms were very nice, the refrigerator was not turned on, warm beverages in AM, my sisters rooms refrigerator was set really high, her beverages froze. The hotel smelled very musty. Great decorations for the holidays, staff was very nice. Breakfast was very good. Not so sure I'd go back due to the musty smell.

Everytime we stay here everything is amazing. From the staff, pool, hot tub, nice rooms to breakfast in the morning, it's all perfect! I would highly recommend staying here!!

We stayed here with our two Miniature Schnauzers. That was our main reason for staying at this Holiday Inn. The staff was very friendly and welcomed both our pets and us happily. The accommodations were above average: very clean and comfortable rooms and the bathroom was very clean. The ample parking lot allowed us to park our RV and tow vehicle without a problem. We will definetly stay here again and anyone reading this will not be disappointed.

Nice quiet, clean place to stay. Also, good breakfast.Very convenient to the highway and to the Fireside dinner theatre. Appreciated the grab bar in the shower.

All in all and excellent stay. Super comfortable pillows and plenty of them, 4 on each queen bed!! Pool and jacuzzi were clean and very comfortable temperature wise. Only downsides were connectivity issues with their WiFi for mine and my girlfriends phones, one Android one Apple. The other is that for the morning breakfast downstairs one person is not enough to keep up with all the demands when at peak usage. They need an assistant to help keep up with the emptying of garbage, the refilling of beverages etc. Otherwise great stay, friendly staff. And fantastic pillows!!! Next time I pass by a Holiday Inn Express I plan to purchase a couple which are a great deal for only $15.

Really great location for a small town. New, breakfast is great and full of choice. On west side of town for quick drive from and to Madison. Will stay here again if I'm the area for sure.

Very nice location, and probably the best stay in town. Must be pretty new, because Google Maps isn't 100% solid with directions from the hotel - there is kind of a strange way to access to hotel driveway, but it is well marked from the road. Anyway, very friendly staff, and if you are a rewards member, you'll get a free bag of cheese curds up front. Nice touch for us out-of-state cheese lovers. And oh yeah, don't forget those awesome cinnamon rolls at breakfast. Really good selection here, too.

This is a great hotel. They have a nice and deep pool (5') and a really good continental breakfast. However, I noticed that the hallways and elevators had a weird onion smell.

I want to thank this wonderful establishment for all they do for the performers at the Fireside Theatre. Our family of 16 completely took over their dining room for 2 full days. What a great place. It was our third visit as my grand daughter performs at the Fireside on different occasions an we always know we will have a clean, warm and welcoming time at this facility. Staff, rooms, food, we couldn't ask for more. Very family orientated and very accommodating for all members. Thank you and hope we see you again soon
