Very nice hotel! Recently updated so the rooms have a very modern feel. The staff went over and beyond for me on every occasion. This was an awesome stay!

This is the best place to stay in Milwaukee. The employees treat you with respect and make you feel at home. The rooms are Awesome, they are clean and have lots of room. I would recommend this place to everyone. Definitely a five star establishment!

We stay here when we come down to do some shopping and a Costco run. It is conveniently located a block away from the Mayfair mall and right off the highway. Easy access. We will be staying there from now on on our shopping trips. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The bathroom is small but the room was nice and comfortable.

Rooms were clean and a good size for our group of two adults and two kids. The hotel was also in a great location for us as we visited family.

I thought the hotel was accommodating and the entire place was clean and inviting. I was very disturbed that housekeeping (my guess), kept my newer good shoes on Monday, October 30, 2017 in room 336 though. I called back later that day, and was told the lost and found was locked up, but they would check and call me back. I didn’t hear back and called every day until I finally was able to touch base with a real person on Saturday, November 4. At that time, I was told nothing was turned in. It really bothers me that someone feels they can keep something that isn’t theirs, instead of being honest and turning them in or calling me to let me know they found them. Very disgusted and will not return there or suggest the hotel to anyone. One star is being generous.

Location of this hotel is good, close to businesses. Rooms look recently remodeled. Just the phones in the rooms are left from the previous decades. Service was good, prompt when needed. Not impressed with the breakfast.

The height of the bed in the handicap room is way tooo high for an individual who is physically compromised. We had asked to have the frame removed to lower the bed but the engineer said it was not possible. It however is not attached to the floor, wall or bed. The bathroom is adequately modified. We will not stay here again and we have been coming to this motel for several years. Needs for individuals who are disabled should be thoughtfully considered when remodeling!!

Typical holiday inn express with no pool. Cheaper than most of the surrounding IHG hotels in the Milwaukee area. It had good access to the major interstates in the area. The king room was large, clean and updated. Nothing stood out that was bad. Nice gym facilities. Great place to stay for work.

Very nice hotel! Not only was the staff was exceptionally friendly and professional, but the room was great! I stayed in a suite and it was better than many of the Crown Plazas and Marriotts I've stayed at.

Came here due to it being close to my job site. Beds are good nothing special. Our bathroom door would not lock and the doors are beaten up a tad. Best part of the stay was the breakfast considering there was no pool or hot tub to relax in after a 10 hour work day.

The rooms were very well maintained and update. Overall very quiet and peaceful stay. But breakfast was another story on it's own. The pancake was the only good thing on the menu. Biscuits were dry and scramble eggs were tasteless. Got to do better on the breakfast.
