The typical La Quinta awesome as usual great staff rooms very clean extremely comfortable bed
The hotel was a decent price but you get what you pay for. Bed was comfortable and wifi but was fast enough. Breakfast was all carbs plus boiled eggs. The temperature in the room was hard to control. Smoke smell lingered in the public areas. It's too close to the freeway and you can hear movement in other rooms above and beside you.
We've stayed at the La Quinta here many times, and we're curious what was going to happen when the new mall opened next door. It's pretty clear now that the management has decided to let the place fall apart and sell the land off. The front door was broken (it was already broken back at Thanksgiving when we were there), the elevator doors barely worked, most of the channels on the TV did not work, the carpets are dirty--I could go on. The staff did seem to be making the best of it--they were doing their jobs. The rooms other than the carpets were clean. We have Elite (or whatever it's called) status at La Quinta, so we were supposed to get an upgraded room if available. If that was the upgraded room, I'd hate to see the standard one. Guess we will have to switch to the much better (and more expensive) La Quinta across town.
Room was very clean and location is perfect. 2 malls within 10 miles. My only complaint is the drains do not drain fast so the shower and sink fill up
2nd and 3rd shift ladies were awesome. But horrible hotel and the other 2 staffs were rude. My first room was dirty and had food in the heater vent, i tried to deal with it until i found my sheets were not changed . So i switched to another room that one was clean for the most part but then my shower was broken. So i moved to a Suite which was nice of the lady to do that for me but then i find out my heater was broken. Not only did i have a bad experiences with my rooms. every single vending machine were broken or all sold out which happened to me last time i stayed. It also took my change. The washer and dryer could of been better but it was decent. Floors in the hallways look disgusting and obviously needs to get redone. Overall the hotel definitely needs to be redone. Worst la quinta ive ever been to. What really made me upset was when i asked for a refund for my 2nd night stay bc i wanted to leave, the man with the accent was very rude to me, tried threatening me for smelling like smoke thinking i smoked in the room when i obvisouly just came from outside. Also said he wrote a bad note under my account just bc i wanted to leave and get my refund because i wasnt comfortable staying for the 2nd night. They were so lazy on top of it. When i made my complaints they didnt even go look or check it out. I wasnt even upset until i find out this man with the accent wrote a bad note under my account specially after lying to me saying im the only person with issues there yet have horrible reviews.
Clean & efficient, what more do you need to know? Check-in took maybe 1 full minute, checkout took only as long as it took me to say my name. Room was very clean, and quiet. Breakfast was more than sufficient, offering 6+ foods. Several walkable restaurants made for easy and tasty dinner options.
The beds were only doubles, but the room was in good shape. The location right next to Corners of Brookfield is convenient for going for a walk.
Didn't stay long due to having an early flight, but hotel is overall decent. Hallway rug is old, but room itself was clean and the bed was nice. Lady at the desk was very nice.
Front desk staff was very helpful when we arrived. Room was nice, very clean.
The room was clean. The staff very supportive and super nice. The bed was a bit small for what we were expecting. And the juice machine was broken for breakfast. Other than that, I do recommend staying here.
Got in late and was told we we're lucky we still had a room. Nice start. Rooms are very dated, furniture is 80's era, carpet stained. The inside of our door had red, suspect blood on it, about 6' off the ground. Bed was comfortable and shower ran hot, so that was a plus. The breakfast featured an inoperable water line, so no coffee or juice. We will probably be sticking with Hilton Hotel from here on in.
Clean, comfortable beds. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Needs a little updating but I'd stay here again.
Uncomfortable bed, no traction aids in the very narrow shower / tub, tiny bathroom. Air conditioner didn't cool very well. Continental breakfast was a joke - milk not labeled, waffles came out tough and dry, toaster barely pops up, and no butter or margarine for toast or waffles. Staff was friendly, but not very helpful.
