    Be careful when you book here. They'll randomly decide to charge you for no reason. Please avoid this hotel, there are others that also have easy access to the Interstate that probably aren't scams. Besides the $65 or.so we spent to book the room, they also charged another $300 for "smoking in the room" despite the fact that we did not have any cigarettes in the room, no ashes were found because, again, we did not smoke in the room. They resort to petty scams in order to.make.a profit. The room smelled musty and the hallway smelled like marijuana-- in fact we had notified the desk of the smell and they did nothing and instead decided to charge us. Not worth the trouble, the staff are dismissive. Save yourself from being scammed and book elsewhere.

    Made reservations over 2 wks. I was called the evening to check in that they over booked and would be upgraded which they did which was commendable.
    Alas, the Jacuzzi room was invested with bugs! Initially, it was ants. Then, flies. Finally, sting bugs on the bed just before I turned off the light.
    I couldn't sleep till morning to check out. I lodged complaint and showed pictures I took, I was told it was because Spring is here!
    What an answer or excuse?
    I don't know what would've happened if my child with many allergies was stung, on Saturday.

    Check in staff was very cold and unfriendly. There was no thank you, enjoy your stay, directions to room, mention of any services etc. Just took my card info and sent me on my way. Room looked ok when walking in but after inspection found layers of dust on surfaces, stains on comforters, sticky residue spilled from a previous guest on floor near sink and in bathroom (I have photos). I cleaned the dust and sticky spots myself and took off the comforters. First day housekeeping came and got wet towels and made the beds partially and got the trash...that was it. No vacuuming, no new towels, no refilling empty toilet paper and no refill to coffees or condiments. I had to go track down the towels, soaps and toilet paper myself and opted out of them coming back into my room for the rest of the stay. I just cleaned myself. The pool area had guests with food and drinks that were left around the room so the many ants could take over the piles. There was definitely an ant problem. Pool itself seemed clean and the hot tub was so so. Some kind of sand residue built up in the corners and on the benches. The elevators had tape over buttons which at least was an attempt to fix a problem but should really be repaired. I had an incident of a young couple who chose to yell and swear at my children one night in the pool area who were actually trying to enjoy themselves. They weren't even rough housing or anything crazy...just splashing a little water with in the hot tub while being seated.... I notified front desk and the very kind gentleman tried his best to talk to the people but really couldn't do anything more like make them leave for their language and behavior around families which was disappointing but he did his best so I don't blame him at all...Apparently that couple expected to sit in a big tub full of water and not get wet. He was the only friendly staff I met at the Front Desk. Both other males and the two females that were working during our three nights never said a word. The one breakfast attendant, older lady with mid length grey colored hair was great! She was sweet, detailed and wanted to take care of the guests as she quickly refilled what was needed. One of the nights the fire alarms were going off and on from about 10:30 until almost midnight. We called the front desk to be reassured it was a false alarm only to be treated like we were bothering them and really got no explanation until we spoke to another guest in the hallway. After driving 8 hours, sleep was the one thing we wanted but were unable to get that night for a while. At one of the side doors, a large untied bag of trash was left to sit for two days and not cleaned up which resulted in it not only getting blown around the property but making it look very unwelcoming. All in all, for the price, the hotel was just ok. I don't think my family and I will be back due to the lack of cleanliness in the rooms and the cold shoulder we received from most staff. Being in the hospitality business myself, I was very surprised at the lack of guest services that some of the staff displayed. Kudos to the black gentleman at the front desk on 3/31 evening and to the older lady in the breakfast area....maybe the other staff can take notes from those two. Unfortunately, this could be a good hotel and as a Wyndham property, I expected more. As reading some of the reviews, I can see that the response from management is just a routine with no interest and not really taken into consideration so I don't know if this will even do any good but I was asked to review and that's what I'm doing.

    I would give this place negative stars if I could. Do not I repeat do not waste your time or your money coming to this hotel. We decided to take a night away with our kids, let them swim and have a relaxing night. The first thing we noticed walking into the hotel was that it smelled like an ash tray. We checked into our room despite the fact and decided to give it a chance. As soon as we got to our room we noticed the musty smell... hairs all over the place, disgusting looking stains On the beds, and none of our outlets worked. We decided to go demand a refund and take our money elsewhere. So we went to the front desk, spoke with the two workers that were there. Both Jordan and Payton were so unprofessional and rude.. Just stared blankly at us and then finally asked... what do you want me to do? I responded with the fact that we want a refund. I ordered our room online so had to call the third party website to request the refund, spent 45 minutes on the phone still not getting through to anyone. While we were waiting in front of the desk, another customer came down to inform Jordan that she had cut her leg on a piece of metal sticking out and she needed stitches. Once again his reply was "what would you like me to do" her response was "well I'm going to the hospital to get stitches. Shouldn't you make a report or something?" He responded with "yeah I guess I can fill out an incident report" and the poor lady limped to the front door waitinf for her husband to pull the car up. The lack of customer service alone is enough to make people not come to your hotel. Never again will we be visiting Baymont.

    Good if you're not expecting much and just need a place to stay. Smelled like cigarette smoke the second we walked in the door. There was excessive moisture and mildew on the windows in the room. The door in the pool was frozen, actually had ice on it. One bed had metal pieces sticking out near the bottom, not safe. During the night I heard the neighbors getting in on, banging the bed against the wall. The coffee maker in the room was filthy where you pour the water in. Breakfast was not great. Also the elevator doors would try to close on people.

    First I was told we could check in early early is 230 pm upon I guess to them my wedding was at 330 so I rushed to bring stuff in the room put my dress on and left. Upon returning to my room about 930 pm that night my husband seen a roach in the whirlpool he killed it. I went downstairs to notify the guy working and he stated I would need to contact management on Monday and he could give us a different room but that couldn't happen as the hotel was booked full. Also with me looking over the room the bed was not made the sheets had multiple hair strands on the bed. The floor was not vacuumed as there was crumbs on the floor. I notified the woman upon check out the issues I had and all they could offer me was a 10% off next time I stayed. I contacted management on Monday which stated the dis what they could do. They would need to talk to the actual manager of the hotel to see what else they could offer and they would call back. Still waiting on a call from them. I also contacted the health dept.

    Location was great for our needs, but this hotel badly needs renovating. The soffit over one of the beds had been repaired sloppily and the paint and drywall tape were peeling off, the carpet is old and was stained and the room was fairly small, the toilet ran frequently and the shower was shut off so tight my husband could barely turn it on, but when it wasn't it leaked constantly. The pool and hot tub were a nice bonus, but they close at 10 and the hot tub tiling/edging is old and looks terrible. The staff was very pleasant, but for the price I didn't think this was a very good value. Would stay elsewhere next time.

    Good inexpensive hotel. Clean rooms, friendly & helpful staff. Easy access from the highway, good restaurants nearby, 10 minute drive or less. It's an excellent example of what it is - a budget hotel. 4/5, would sleep again.

    Hard working staff there to accommodate every need. So helpful and pleasant. Clean rooms, good breakfast, quiet at night, gas station next door, 7 minutes to ice arena and downtown.

    I'll start off with the good. The staff was friendly and it's easily accessible from freeway. Also, when I pointed out the next morning food was left in fridge from another guest, front desk was very apologetic. The bad; you pull up to the building, walk inside and it's very outdated. For the price I paid for 2 nights, I expected a much more modern hotel. The elevator was rickety. We get to the room and open door. Odd smell in room and large stain on carpet. The bed was not decent to sleep in at all, and the pillows were even worse. Hardly any stuffing in them. Shower had minimal water pressure. Next day we leave for wedding and come back to room. I walk into bathroom and there is what appeared to be tomato sauce spattered on floor, wall, and my clean towel that was hanging on tub. Neither of us staying in room had eaten in room or brought anything resembling tomato sauce into the room. Was so late that I just noted it and went to bed, but I still wonder, what in the world did housekeeping do?? Paid 340.00 for the 2 nights, it was definitely not worth it. The reservations were made in January, and unfortunately once I discovered how this hotel was, it was too late to cancel due to all other hotels being booked in the near area. I will not recommend a stay there unless you're in dire need of a room, and even then think twice.

    My stay at the Baymont this weekend was awesome! The rooms were very nice and very clean. The pool area was also well kept and the pool was a good temperature, not too cold! The housekeeping staff was extremely friendly and provided us with anything we needed in a timely matter to ensure that we were happy. On another note, we also all enjoyed the breakfast options they offered. Plent of things to choose from and they all were delicious! I definitely enjoyed my stay at the Baymont Inn and I would recommened it to anyone looking for a pleasant place to lay their head.

    Here are my thoughts on Baymont Inn & Suites I have stayed at many other Inns and this one I did not like to much. My reasons why is the rooms a kinda small they are good in length but not width. Also one problem I have is the breakfast here is very poor they only have a few things to eat like cereal and donuts and their coffee taste really bland and bad. I'd say my time here was alright but definitely not good. Those are some of my thoughts.
