The embassy Suites is a very modern hotel situated just south of the Boorkfield mall. The rooms are large and spacious with a big hot breakfast selection. Employees are friendly and always willing to help. Meeting rooms are perfect for any corporate event with excellent catering provided. Great for a local business meeting location.

Hotel was clean, but the room was a little bit dated. Mattress/comforter didn't breathe quite enough so it was a little warmer than I like it to be, but other than that, the hotel was pretty nice for the price. Breakfast wasn't completely made to order as they lead you to believethe only thing they make to order is the omelettes. The rest is on the buffet line and doesn't taste fresh/housemadewish it was truly made to order breakfast all around.

I had the occasion to stay at this property due to a corporate multi-day meeting.

From check-in to problem resolution customer follow-up and check-out The management team and staff provided exceptional customer service.

It's obvious they have been trained and empowered to provide the best hospitality experience.

On a scale of 1-10, they earned an 11 from me.

This has always been a nice hotel, but since the remodel its even better. The inside atrium/lobby area is awesome. The evening reception and breakfast are nice perks as well. I have been here with a school group as well, and they are really easy to work with.

Overnight stay was excellent as expected when staying at an Embassy Suites. Service at check-in was smooth. Had dinner in the restaurant with two others traveling with me and all agreed the food was good. Unique bar in this location but was too tired to stay up after eating. Service during dinner was excellent. The room had been refreshed/remodeled fairly recently and all was perfect. I slept like a rock. The included breakfast with made to order eggs and omelettes was great. This location had an interesting event-apparently every Wednesday, they host a trivia night. Fun for the hotel guests but almost 75% of the people playing were locals. Something to consider if you are staying here and looking for something to do other than sitting in your room.

Staff - I can't say enough we were greeted with smiles, friendly, warm and they went above and beyond to make our stay feel like we were at home.
Room - Clean spacious and comfortable
Pool - Ahh the water was warm and soothing
Amenities - Happy hour, snacks in room and a great breakfast.

Will we return? Most definitely and we will recommend to everyone

Very nice hotel. Recently renovated. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Freshly made breakfast and evening reception with snacks are an added plus. The hotel is close to shopping and restaurants. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Great location close to restaurants and a great happy hour free to guest nice wind down after training or work. Staff very friendly and helpful with getting around and making sure that you are comfortable. Would have five stars but steam room was down for complete days there and hot tub was not hot enough as I'm use to.

I attended a wedding here. All employees were very nice and professional putting up with all of our shinnangans. The space in this hotel is enormous with the lobby in the middle surrounded by the rooms. The rooms themselves are very nice but nothing overly spectacular. They were very clean as well. I would definitely come back for and event here.

This was my first time staying at this location it has recently been renovated. While everything was certainly clean there was kind of a strange Vibe at this hotel. The staff did not seem particularly engaged or enthused. Overall I would say the hotel looks nice but I wouldn't necessarily call it nice I'm not sure if this is the renovation format for all of the Embassy Suites I guess I will find out as I stay at Hilton properties most weeks.

Old furniture. A bed that should have been replaced about a decade back. High speed wireless is a definite joke. They have a web filter that functions as a parental block. I suppose it makes sense, until you realize gChat is blocked along with a whole group of web utilities. Not to mention it is slow. At least it is slow for a business hotel, which in fairness this is not the sort of hotel most businesses would use.

There is a disconnect between the courtesy of the front desk staff, who are are wonderful, and the housekeeping that ignores complaints and comments.

The price is low, which is a benefit. It has a good location, with access to many of the major roads. The area is not lacking in food options. The bar staff at the hotel is over-worked due to having to serve as both bar staff and wait staff. The people I met were nice enough though.

The hotel is easy to find off the interstate. The staff were courteous and helpful. They were able to check us in early which was great. Our room was clean and very comfortable. It was nice and cool with the air conditioning already running since it was a warm day outside. Their pool was nice, the hot tub was HOT. Workout area looked like a nice set up although I didn't get to try it out. The breakfast buffet was one fantastic. Great food and selection, omlets made to order.

Best hotel in Brookfield, what a great stay. Beautiful facility, great rooms. This breakfast, which is included, is the best I have ever had at a hotel. Made to order omelettes along with everything else you could want. Location is perfect near Brookfield square and all the other places near there. Look no further, this is it.
