Great location. Comfortable clean rooms. Good for extended stay. Breakfasts ample. Good selection incl Brie cheese and fresh fruit as well as waffles and oatmeal. Menu changes slightly. Weekday Mon thru Wed very limited offering. Another breakfast would be better.

When we came in the desk with the TV was pulled out and the TV was unplugged. The remote didn't work, the dishes were in the dish washer, one of the shower shelves was broken off and the foot stool under the table in the living room area had something crusted on it.
Not good but not terrible. until we opened the sofa bed. There was a bottle top and a bloody tissue in the middle of the mattress. GROSS!

I travel a lot and this was my worst experience with a hotel. I cancelled my reservation and was charged anyway. I spent hours trying to get this corrected but the general manager was rude and condescending. Customer service at Marriott can only defer to the General Manager of that hotel. Very disappointed after being a loyal Marriott customer for years. Will change over to Hilton for my rewards.

Not the best service when it comes to area recommendations, I was told to use GPS to find anything. Room smelled heavily of smoke, not sure why if property is non- smoking. Breakfast was good, food always fresh and tasty

Great location for the river park, baseball and basketball. Super friendly and helpful staff. Clean and stocked breakfast area each day. Bright big rooms. Welcome to Louisville!

This place is wonderfully located in downtown Louisville for everything. The staff is amazing and very helpful. The hotel is very clean and modern. The breakfast was great and they did a great job for the Derby festivities. I highly recommend this location.

SO LOUD! The windows do very little to dampen the street noise, which is nearly constant being downtown andjacent to 65. Bring ear plugs if you want to actually sleep here. Other than that it's a nice place in a great location close to downtown. The two bedroom suites are very nice for families or friends who want a common area together.

Pretty Nice! When we first got here.. We got our room and the bathroom light didn't work So we called the front desk and they gave us another room.. On the 6th floor facing downtown.. So we got a better view.. The room was actually very big.. I mean it's a suite of course but still.. Kitchenette, large bathroom, enclosed closet king bed and a sofa bed two Tv's. Lobby - Pool. The Pool was quaint.. But not very busy had a hot-tub..
Fitness center looked big.. The lobby was pretty big. With a sitting area, breakfast was okay There was also melon water in the lobby and a small shop to get you're junk food fix at night.

Good clean rooms, stayed in 2/2. Staff was great helping is out and hooking us up all night long. If I ever,come back through louisville ill be sure to stay here. Rates were reasonable, rooms decent size and more up to date than some other residence inn. Come check them out

We stayed overnight in February in the two bedroom suite. The unit was so spacious. It was incredibly clean. The front office staff was helpful and efficient. Parking and exterior entry into the property was convenient. A follow up email was appreciated. Great experience.will definitely stay again if in the area.
