Waitstaff for breakfast was very friendly and attentive. Restaurants close to area. Safe. Will stay again

I had a horrible stay. They put me on the first floor next to the conference room and the conference must have been some kind of self help seminar, a lot of clapping, cheering, and noise. I didn't mind until around 10pm when I tried to go to bed. Seminar went past 2am! Also, I ordered the wings for a late night snack They were slimey and gross. Not a good visit

Great hotel! This hotel was clean and accomidating! Parking lot is big and you can park near your closest entry most of the time. About 17 minutes (according to GPS) to downtown Louisville. Only downside was that breakfast is $12 per person. The pool was being remodeled (12/2017) while we were staying which absolutely sucked but the great customer service and an awesome experience made up for it! Semi-Firm mattress, comfy for my husband but I prefer it to be slightly softer. I would give it a 4.5 if possible due to no complimentary breakfast, small bathrooms, and the smell from remodeling the pool and hot tub area. Nice place and we will be staying again when in the area.

We had a wonderful stay! The stafg was very friendly and professional. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. I liked that they served breakfast until 11 and had more options than other hotels we've stayed at. We would definitely stay here again!

Guest services was fantastic, tons are nice and spacious for the cost, need coverings had a few visible stains prior to any touching by me,but overall I felt it was a typical hotel and would stay again if I had to. Television was 55 inches, pool was fair, and parking lot was very accommodating. Thanks.

The room was very nice and clean. Staff was great even though we arrived late. The AC was very cold and the beds were very comfortable. No continental breakfast but there is a restaurant downstairs. It was near a great deal of businesses.

Top notch customer service! They have a great staff who is friendly, helpful, and ensures you are provided with everything you need for your stay. This place is neat and clean with excellent house keeping.
The food is very good and I the breakfast buffet is quite impressive. This is not a cheap hotel, but is fairly priced for what you receive.response / report this review -

The staff here has gone over and above. It is my 25th anniversary and my husband and I had planned a busy weekend away. After checking in and having dinner I came down with the flu. The staff gave my husband tea and honey for the evening and the next morning 2 large pitchers of Orange juice and crackers. My husband and I really appreciated the extra care and concern. You didn't have to do.it but you did. Thank you

The Inn was in an area of Louisville that was readily available to all places we were wanting to go. The staff was friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend the Hilton Garden in to all my friends and family.

This hotel is great. The location is convenient to get in and out of without fighting traffic. The room was clean and very comfortable. My only complaint was with the other guests. There was apparently a number of rowdy guests in town and staying there for a wedding. The noise in the adjoining rooms and hallways went on all night.

The location is off of major roads and easily accessible as well as located nearby many restaurants. The staff seemed friendly. I was there as a guest but my in laws stay there all the time and love it.
