I stayed here for a defensive driving class I had for the next 2 days. I loved it. Beds comfy. TV was big. Kuerig right in the room. Room was super clean always and bathroom was great. Clean as well. 10/10 would stay again.

This hotel very clean very pleasant staff. The room was clean, break fast was delicious!. It was easy to find from the interstate very accommodating for handicapped. My uncle has a scooter he rides because of his inability to walk the lobby was spacious including the break fast area.

Fast, friendly, efficient check-in. Every employee in the building is friendly and makes you feel welcome. Free breakfast was very good. I'd definitely stay here again!

The staff is fantastic.
The rooms were big and clean.

Rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable, and the hotel staff was very accommodating. This is my second visit to this location and I enjoyed it very much both times. Would definitely stay here again.

stayed for 4 days - they never stocked our coffee maker or soaps, they let people we did not know enter our room (!) and "forgot" to turn down our room twice. they also locked us out of our room twice by changing the key cards, and then offered our room to another guest that walked into our room with all our belongings in it. Breakfast served until 10, but showing up at 9:15 and they had already begun tear-down, with most of the offerings removed.
A train wreck of security and basic amenities. we WAY overpaid. I have seen better service at hotels a quarter the cost!response / report this review -

They need to move the smokers area further away from the entry. I walked through a cloud to enter the lobby and could smell smoke in the halls. The room was clean and smelled fine, but still.

Check in was fast and painless. Room was very clean and beds were comfy and nice. They have bath and bodyworks toiletries, the shampoo and conditioner made my hair smell and feel amazing

Enjoyable stay here, but the renovation that was recently done needs finished. The staff was great in every area that I met one. The beds and such were great and we had a great night's sleep. Breakfast was standard Holiday Inn Express food but it was all fresh and the areas were kept clean. Downsides, I thought this was a new hotel by the description, but it is a renovation of some type, not sure if this was a Holiday Inn before or not. Elevators are older, saw several open access panels and the like in the drywall and ceiling hallway. Areas that were dirty the day of check in (drywall mess under a picture in the hallway for example) were the exact same way 20 hours later. Couple broken pictures on the wall, and almost every door had chipped paint. Still, the room was clean and quiet so I would stay here again. Maybe they truly are not yet done here, I'm not sure. Still great staff which is a huge part of me enjoying my stay, so thank you to them for your pleasant service as it was appreciated.

IHG took over this property from another hotel. They have completely renovated it. It is very modern, clean and I love it! The bed are so comfortable, new heating and air so they work great with no noise. I will definitely be back.
