Staff was friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was okay, standard buffet type items. It had snowed. The parking lot and side walks were not cleaned very well.

Really great rooms. Full kitchen, comfortable bed, good location for food and shopping, friendly staff. Hosted dinner and breakfast in lobby. Excellent price.

The staff was helpful and nice, the accommodations were very comfortable and new-looking. Great hotel for an extended stay. The kitchen is fabulous for a hotel!

The staff was awesome. Very friendly. Two different maids took time to say hello and ask about our stay in the morning before we checked out as they were making their rounds cleaning rooms. The room was great. I would love to stay here if I were traveling for work. The kitchen has regular table setting but also bowls, strainer, etc. You could make dinner while on a business trip.

Great staff except for one individual male desk clerk who needs training in how to talk to its guest. He insisted the charge for service animals against Federal ADA regulation

My husband and I tried to check in to our reserved room at Residence Inn next door at 4 pm on a Friday. We were told they needed to check with housekeeping, that our room was still dirty. Check-in time technically starts at 3, but we didn't mind; we opted to go out for an early dinner instead. Partly to through our meal we received a call informing us that some guests had opted to stay another night and so our room was unavailable, and for "no additional cost" to have we would be moved to Fairfield Inn next door.
I felt cheated that WE had to move to accommodate other guests. We have stayed here many times before and had a pleasant experience which is why we reserved a room here. The Fairfield was not even a comparable hotel in my opinion although I will not get into that here; I already left a review for Fairfield.response / report this review -

Very nice courteous staff, willing to go over and beyond. Awesome, well stocked breakfast. Guest rooms are perfect. Soft firm beds CLEAN!
