This hotel is very clean!! It is convenient to access the Lansing convention center via a catwalk. We left our coats in the closet on accident and the staff went above and beyond to get them back to us. Stay here if your in the area!

The Radisson is conveniently located in downtown Lansing. It is within walking distance of the convention center and the majority of State government meeting spaces. Within the last two years the lobby has had all it's furniture replaced and a Starbucks added.

Note about Starbucks.
While bearing the name and brewing the coffee, this is not a corporate owned Starbucks. The drinks are alright, but not on par with a typical location. The milk and baked good selection is inferior. The Starbucks app and gift cards do not work in this location.

I stayed at this hotel for business purposes. This was my 3rd time staying here. The front desk staff were very professional and courteous. The valet staff were amazing as well as the housekeeping staff and the bar staff. The cleanliness of this hotel alone is why I give them 5 stars. Each and every time I have to go to Lansing, this is where I will be staying.

It's good. It's pretty good. You guys should stay here. I guess what I'm saying is you guys should stay here. There's a bar in the hotel. I don't know what else you need to know. Valet like a boss and drink beer.

Stay was decent, room was clean. Only issue was that it took maintenance hours to be available to fix a faulty remote. Also, the buffet could have been better for the price, is not comparable to other hotel buffets.

I was at the Radisson for a conference. The conference ended up being in the Lansing Center, which was connected. Parking was fairly easy, maybe a little more difficult than Grand Rapids but easier than Detroit. The hotel staff were kind when I needed directions. Also an easy location to get to from the highway.

We had a whirlpool suite overnight to celebrate our anniversary. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and our view of the city was great. We had breakfast in the morning delivered to the room and it was fantastic. Great experience

The customer service was amazing. We were taken very good care of and asked frequently if there was anything we needed. The room was clean and so was the hotel and restaurant. The pool and hot tub were not the cleanest though.

The Radisson Hotel in Lansing, Michigan (on the South end of Lansing) is an extremely nice and elegant place. When I was there it was because it holding an event. The conference room was big and spacious. The rooms are very nice from prior experience. The service is amazing. And the location is great.

The room was very comfortable and quiet. The property is right on the cusp of needing updates (old TV/remote, etc.), but it was still quite nice. My only complaint is that they put me in an accessible room - which is fine - but the showerhead in the shower was very substandard (and about chest high).

Great location! Got to watch fireworks from our room after the ball game was done. We were visiting Impressions 5 and the zoo and it was so close to both. Had breakfast there in the morning and it was fast and good.

Good location, bad parking situation. Expect $20 per day valet parking plus tips. Valet guys do a great job. Great hotel pricing compared to other nearby newer hotels. The area doesn't have much for decent walkable restaurants. Expect to drive for good food. Restaurant in hotel was closed for renovations. Rooms are a little older but that's ok. Pool area was nice.

I've stayed at this location twice for the shuto convention at the Lansing center. The service was exceptional. We had an issue with the bathroom since they have some old pipes. It over flowed and brought up waste from other tenants however the issue was quickly dealt with. We were given a new room and discount and they treated us very well. I was pleased especially considering the hotel was full. It's an excellent location with beautiful views. Decent price and great service.

The staff was wonderful. From the courtesy and helpfulness that started the second we arrived, by the valet, it continued for the entire stay. Even the wait staff at the Capital Grill were great!! Our room was very clean and I really liked the fact that there was an enclosed pedestrian bridge so I didnt have to walk outside in the cold to get to the Lansing Center. Thanks for a great stay!
