Hotel looked up to date and had a classy feel too it. Had a pretty nice room size (King deluxe) but I wish the bathroom was larger. I would stay here again.

Nice hotel. Comfortable and clean rooms. Impressed with the Breakfast Buffet. They served fresh fruit berries, with cold cereal, scrambled eggs and bacon, muffins , toast, yogurt, coffee and tea. Danish too. The hotel is a bit dates but no complaints. Staff is friendly and helpful. Ample parking too.

Excellent facility! The event staff is top-notch. Audio/video company is the best I've ever worked with. It took me 75% less time to set up my switcher, laptops and audio sources than any other facility.

It was a very enjoyable, comfortable stay.
The beds here are amazingly comfortable (pillow top)I felt like I was sleeping on a cloud.
The pillows were decent.
They do extra little things that really make your stay enjoyable.
They even provide cookies (freshly baked) and milk at night!. A worker comes around with a cart, carting fresh milk, and cookies. It was a very pleasant unexpected treat!

Located by Auto Owners in Lansing Michigan. Rooms are spacious, clean, and they give you a little kit that has some relaxing spray and lotion, so you sleep better, the beds are so comfortable. There is a nice bar downstairs, the staff is very friendly!

I went to crowne plaza for a work event. The hotel ballrooms were clean and had great temperature control. The bathrooms were very clean and we'll kept. They fed us a panini grill for lunch build your own out of the ingredients they provided. The food was delicious and the service they provided through lunch was fantastic. Would highly recommend this location for any function that you may need to schedule.

Always love this hotel we go every year for a family reunion. Stayed in room 205, no complaints. Very clean and comfortable. I had purchased a bottle of wine from a store down the street but had forgotten a corkscrew and they were kind enough to track one down and deliver it to my room. We had brunch in the ballroom. Food was fantastic and the service was too. Staff is always very kind and helpful stays on top of things.

Was attending a wedding here. Beautiful ball room. The bar we waited in until the reception was very nice with comfortable seats and good drinks. My only complaint was I had no reception in the bar. All in all though, very nice.

I attended a professional development conference here. It was clean, updated, and the staff were efficient and pleasant. Quality food, breakout conference rooms were comfortable. Some rooms felt a bit stuffy due to lack of air flow.

Great place to sleep, or have lunch. Attended a couple cratered conferences here. Pretty good food from the kitchen. Very nice "Business Hotel" with all the right accompaniments. Recommended for your next meeting or just to get some rest after a long day of meeting in the city.

We held a bridal shower in the Barossa Room at the Bordeaux restaurant. We worked with Dino Kafantaris to plan the entire event, including the menu, which was a Shake Your Salad Buffet (for lunch). The event was a big success. The bride was very happy, the guests had a very nice time, and the atmosphere was warm, elegant and very fun. We coordinated all from long distance. I cannot say enough about the patience and attention to detail that Dino provided to make sure the event was truly special. Also the chef and staff provided excellent fresh food and fine service. Kudos to all at the Crowne Plaza Lansing West!

The staff was excellent. We were here for a team sports tournament and they quite literally laid out a welcome mat for us, providing a check in table with snacks for is themed with our teams colors. The amenities here are incredible, breakfast at the restaurant was delicious, not to mention the TV's are massive and a top notch way to unwind after a long day of competition. 10/10 would stay here again.
