Had some family staying there over Thanksgiving. As I was traveling through Indy over the holidays, I stopped to get dinner with them in the city. I had my dog with me, and needed to crate him in their room for a couple hours. The hotel charged $100 non-refundable. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally rude and short. Hotel was nice, but policy definitely needs some improvement.

The property is in a corporate complex off the highway so the locale isn't scenic, but the property is clean and the rooms are nice. There is an outdoor patients with a propane fireplace which is nice. Rooms are clean and seem newer. Front desk staff was very friendly.

I had a great stay. The staff was awesome, and the hotel was conveniently located North of the downtown area. I'll stay again.

Great hotel. Bathtubs, kitchen, fireplace, pool, basketball and volleyball court, socials with free food and wine. Only reason they don't get 5 stars is because their gym is not good. If they just put some sort of weight machine or free weights it would greatly improve it.

Room is nice, pool is cold! Spa is not working! We were told they took knob off so the guy could fix it on Monday. We are here on Saturday and we were looking forward to relaxing spa and swim! They didn't say anything about it not working on check in. We came back here because it was great when we were here before.

The staff is nice and very accommodating. We are staying with our 16 month old and senior dog. They made sure we have everything we need, and that we were in a ground floor room. The breakfast is great, and the rooms are clean. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was very nice. The jacuzzi was a good temperature. There was a nice volleyball/basketball court in the back. I have to do it when I get a ride to the game tonight at the end of the first time I got a snow day cuz it's a new topic already did that the creepy zombie movie with

Easy access between highways. Friendly and attentive staff. Included breakfast was good and had a number of options available. Would definitely stay again.

I have stayed at this hotel several times and have found it to be clean and professionally run. One of the nice additional things they provide is a happy hour with free finger food and light beverage service. A great way to unwind and discuss business. Also a very nice breakfast buffet in the morning, I reccommend.
