Good dependable hotel in the Hilton family. I prefer an HGI for its balance of amenities and quality. The rooms are always nice, and their beds always comfortable. Rooms include a small microwave and refrigerator, so an extended stay is convenient (you can reheat leftovers from dinner helping manage your travel expenses.) The restaurant in the hotel is dependable with good food, above average in taste and quality, but a little over priced -- you're truly paying for convenience, so if this is important to you it is a good value. I have stayed at this property a dozen times in the last year. The experiences are consistent, and it is conveniently close to IND international airport.

Clean, staff is nice I feel restaurant should stay open all day till close being there aren't any restaurants near by But I would most definitely stay again!

We called here last minute and got a GREAT room. Probably one of the top 2 rooms I've ever stayed in at a chain hotel. Also a REALLY solid fitness room, which is a rarity. AND a free DELICIOUS breakfast in the morning. 12/10 would visit again.

Very clean hotel. The staff was friendly, although one was on his second day on the job be and needed help. That did not bother me at all. Bar staff was great and always ready to serve you. I would stay there again.

Food service was kinda slow because it was only one cook and one waitress. Food was good though. Even though we had asked for a late check out and had the do not disturb sign on the door the cleaning staff kept knocking on the door and tried to get in. Apparently the front desk didn't write down our request.

Everything is great. The hotel is right off the I-70 that is quite convenient for my trip. The only thing is the breakfast hot food is served by a waitress. My family came to eat at 9:15 AM . The dinning hall is quite occupied. Only one waitress was helping customers. We waited about 10 minutes to get served. It did not bother us since we were able to help ourselves on juice and cold items before eating the hot meals.

Excellent fitness room. Free earplugs for each screen on each piece of workout equipment. 24/7 hours. Upscale hotel. My suite excellent. Staff attentive and thorough. Didn't use spa or pool but it looked nice. Lobby inviting. Keurigs in each room.

The chairs were incredibly uncomfortable sitting in for almost three hours and the acoustics weren't great. The staff was accomodating though.

My daughter and I had a great stay at this location. The staff was helpful and recommended a great local Italian restaurant. We enjoyed the fitness room and the room was roomy and had everything for a comfortablr sleep. Liked the Keurig station for AM coffee also. Great place to stay!

This Hotel continues to provide the best customer service I have ever encountered. This time upon our arrival, the desk individual remembered us from our past visit! The staff is always helpful, happy and informative.
