Currently undergoing construction/improvements. They definitely need it. The rooms are messy and dated. The electricity needs to be redone as the lights turned off while using a blowdryer or flatiron. Good location next to a lot of shopping and restaurants. 25 minutes to downtown in rush hour. Worth the price if you just need a place to crash.

Con artist working the desk. He had gang tattoos and acted shady. Come to find out, I have 5 unwanted charges on my credit card now. Hotel had puke in parking lot in first spots after East door. Construction on inside in lobby and breakfast juice machine did not have all the buttons working. I would encourage you to look into other accommodations as hotel can only be as good as the staff that works it. Sad state of affairs as this location is prime with the traffic but don’t waste your time like I have. I am in day 6 of trying to get all my money refunded and it is a travesty. I wonder how many people got scammed before I end that nonsense via my calls to the proper authorities.

Very kind desk employees. The hotel is under a bit of construction, and looks like they really care about making it a very nice place for the cost of a cheaper nights stay. The room is spotless and the beds are comfortable.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. The manager, Jay, goes out of his way to make sure you're satisfied with the stay. They were doing some improvements and updates while I was there but it was already very nice. The front desk clerk, the cleaning staff, the maintenance and breakfast attendant are all very polite.
Don't leave anything behind, no one seemed to want to help me get about 6 or 7 pair of shorts sent to me. They're still there, or at a thrift store or an employee's home.response / report this review -

The employees at this establishment are fantastic, resourceful, and eager to satisfy the customer needs. Cleanliness was also up to par. I love the location and definitely be back. Thank you all!

Super cheap but still felt new and fancy with breakfast included as well. The staff was also energetic and friendly. Probably one of the best values I've experienced in a hotel.

One of the nicest places I've ever stayed. Although there's a little construction they make sure you enjoy yourself. The staff and crew are some of the nicest guys ever. If I could rate higher than 5 I would.

There was some construction while I was staying here, but in general the facilities were adequate. I didn't love having a second floor room with no elevator in the building. Staff was efficient and polite. Breakfast was only barely worthy of the name. You can definitely do worse.

Rented a block of rooms here for a soccer tournament last weekend. I would not give this place any stars if I could. The place was a dump. No one giving this place more than one star must have actually stayed at this hotel. They are renovating but just the same they have light fixtures hanging off the wall, plastic draped all over the place. We would not let our son go out in the halls by himself for the one night we stayed there. The staff even recommended that we not go out to the parking lot, at night, unless needed. They had a bunch of people and vehicles (not guests) gathered in the parking lot. When we checked out the next day they refused to credit us the balance of the remaining two days stay that was unused. Opinion, dirty, scary breakfast area, unsafe.

Quiet and convenient to major freeways. Management is friendly. Currently doing restoration work. Will eventually become Comfort Inn entity. Overall an economic price with free WiFi and free breakfast. Rooms are clean with housekeeping available at all times. Plenty of business and grocery shopping is available. Easy directions from the airport and other places.

My husband and I booked a two night stay at this hotel for our anniversary weekend. When we arrived, we felt uneasy because the location wasn't the best and the property wasn't very well lit. The lobby was poorly lit and there was a strange smell.
After booking the hotel a month in advance, the front desk attendant informed us that our room wasn't available. She wasn't very professional and gave us an attitude. We decided to check out another room they had available and the walls were paper thin, we could hear someone's television blasting, and it wasn't very clean. We then chose to leave
The front desk attendant told us that she would let the manager know about what happened and how we wanted to talk with him and get our money back, and that he would get back to us the following day.
We called six times, got six different attendants, and no one knew our situation. We were continually told that the manager wasn't there and that no one could take care of it.
Luckily, we were able to get a great hotel at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites about 5 minutes away from this place.
I would recommend Comfort Stay Inn to no one.response / report this review -

I don't have any complaints about this hotel. I enjoyed it. The pillows sucked but that's most hotels. The funniest part of the experience is the only entrance and exit to the parking lot is a side road exclusively for the hotel.and a trailer park. Nothing wrong with that, it just amused me. Overall, I would stay here again.
