Hotel was generally nice on the surface, but the internet service only works about 5-10 minutes at a time, as reported by myself and the line of people complaining daily. As well as the water pressure in the shower was very poor, with little hot water. Spent 4 nights there talking cold showers. It was reported daily and "fixed" according to the staff but there was no change. Not the experience at all that you would expect from an ihg property. Not that it matters but I'm also a spire member having stayed over 80 nights at Holiday inn Express this year alone.

This was a great Holiday Inn Express to stay at. The staff was great, friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful. They were on their A game all the time. The room was a joy to stay in. It was clean, it was LARGE, and it had a kitchenette. Other than the tub the bathroom was clean and it had a large jetted tub. The only downside was that the jetted tub wasn't as clean as it should have been because there was hair in the suction strainer and that turned me away from using it, had I not seen the hair I may have used it. This hotel was great and I highly recommend it.

Very clean. Staff is awesome. Breakfast is good. Room is awesome. Outlets on lamps don't work. Lights on timers. Noisy a/c. We were on 5th floor. Nice pool. Didn't try exercise room.

Very clean room & comfortable bed! The staff were super friendly (the front desk manager is so nice!), and there were no issues with my stay. Very nice rooms - especially for the price!

Decent rooms, typical holiday inn which, is not a bad thing. They’ve got a standard and this one meets it. Only problem that’s consistent no matter what room I’ve had (low floor, near middle or far ends or higher floor), the WiFi signal is weak which causes it to be really slow. I get that it’s free and it won’t be like home but, it’s nearly useless as it currently stands.

First time I have ever stayed in a room where the pictures on the website actually look like the real thing It was awesome Very nice room , people from the front desk to the hospitality staff were amazing Awesome experience and I would definitely tell family and friends about this place

Good clean hotel, courteous staff. Would stay here again if work brings me out here. Update: Called needing a copy of my receipt and my reservation was remembered from several weeks ago, proof that the staff here truly pays attention to who comes and goes, awesome!

Fantastic rooms. Had a separate sitting area with a couch, a breakfast nook with 2 barstools, and a desk and desk chair. Great space and basic bathroom. Mattresses need to be updatedit was hard. But, everything was clean, well taken take of and looked nice. Check in and out was pleasant. Would recommend for any groups. Easy in/out access for downtown events. Nice neighborhood adjacent to hwy 70.

Scary neighborhood, sherrif usually stays close. Wonderful bathroom has jacuzzi large suites for rooms. While we are here we were informed no phones work in the rooms the whole thing is broken. Overall not horrible but not amazing.

I stayed a week for training. From what I had heard originally, I admit, I was skeptical about my stay here. But I can say without a doubt, all my fears have been set aside! Our rooms were Clean and comfortable, the gym and pool were (small but) great for being away from home, the free breakfast was delicious ans well stocked every day, and the WiFi even worked perfectly! I want to make special mention about the staff - they were absolutely amazing! The most courteous and happy people I have ever met on my travels (and I've been everywhere). They did such a good job it even put all the Patrons in a good mood too! Made a really happy comfortable feel, where I felt safe, relaxed, and very very pleased with my experience. I will stay here again and I recommend you do too.

Gave 3 stars due to the bed was not comfortable, too firm for me. The room was spacious, and had a refrigerator, sink, and microwave. Pool was nice, as was breakfast though would have liked bacon. Located near I-70 so it made it easy to get on 465. The staff were courteous and polite.

I'm somewhat of a regular at HiEx's but I've never stayed in one of their suites. Really liked it--the extra space isn't necessarily an extra "room" but it makes a big difference when two women are getting ready in the morning. They may have actual suites, but ours was just an oversized room with a large dressing area off the bathroom. I'm not sure if this is a new hotel, but it felt like it was. The beds were ridiculously comfortable, I wish I knew how to buy one. Wonderful stay in a convenient location!
