A well appointed and spacious suite. A little difficult to find due to Meridian Rd. being signed as Pennsylvania. The roundabouts make it 3x harder

Quiet modern residential/long term stay hotel in a convenient location. No oven, but rooms have full size refrigerators and dishwashers. 2 burner cooktops and large microwaves in the kitchen areas. Good lighting and workspace seating. Clean, well-appointed bathrooms and comfortable beds.

Location is great, close to Downtown Indianapolis. I was in the King Bed Suite with a shower. The room was nice, no problems at all. I know they do have some rooms that have tubs if needed. The breakfast each morning was prepared well.

This hotel doesn’t change their sheets. First room had hairs all over the bed. They said they have no extra fitted sheets and only had 2 flat sheets that we can cover the bed with.. they offered us another room. I checked it out and clearly the sheets were used no hair so I have to cover the bed now. Very disappointed in Hilton.

Very nice hotel with mini kitchen equipped with just the essentials.
Awesome indoor/outdoor pool with hot tub.
Breakfast they off with stay is great. Lots to choose from. Pastries, waffle maker, oatmeal with toppings, eggs, breakfast meats, yogurt, coffee, and cereal bar.

First off, I am a diamond member, and I've stayed here before. Stayed for an extended weekend. Room was okay. Bed was disgusting! The comfort had stains all over it(some looked like blood or the like, but most were yellow), and they apologized when it was changed out! Housekeeping decided not to clean my room for 2 day's, and I didn't have my DND on the door. I had to call the front desk to have someone at least bring towels the first day, and someone was luckily here to come clean when I called after I returned the second day. The maintenance guy hovered around the whole time while I worked out in the fitness center. The best way I can explain the front desk when I called to fix things, was politely rude? Not impressed!

I stay here for business at least once a month. Always excellent service, clean, comfortable rooms, full hot breakfast and free happy hour daily. What more could you ask for?

I love Homewood Suites but this location is Dirty! There was hair in the bed and the tub (I have pictures) and the room looks like it has not been cleaned in a few months. Literally, I wiped the outside of the refrigerator with a Clorox wipe only one time and it was extremely brown (Also have pictures). Not to mention the fingerprints all over the room. Would not recommend this location unless you have the time to clean yourself. Staff is accommodating (the reason for two stars)!

Room remodel looks very nice. Kitchen was fantastic. The only complaint I had is that the parking lot lights were very bright and light came through corners of drapery at night.

Nice hotel. Suites are well appointed and roomy. Kitchenette is a plus. Remodel looks great. Happy hour on weekdays was nice Pool was cold though and our room was a little noisy from an air handling unit on the roof. Overall a very nice stay though.

Comfortable bed, separate sink/vanity area from toilet/shower. Nice big room. Excellent hot breakfast with lots of options. Great location in Carmel near many restaurants, shopping, and meeting areas. Would definitely stay again. Good value.

The location was extremely convenient, as we were staying overnight for an early appointment at IU North the next morning and we're from a couple of hours away. The room was great, although I don't understand why hotels use cloth shower curtains when it ends up letting all kinds of water out if it's not positioned perfectly or the shower head is pointed toward it at all. It was a little annoying having our room so far from the elevator, as we had to choose between parking the car and carrying children up the stairs, or hauling everything through the lobby and waking kids up enough to walk themselves. Given the number of rooms, a more vertical footprint would be preferable.
The breakfast was pretty good overall, although the sausage had an odd texture. I could imagine the single waffle iron getting pretty backed up with people waiting on a busier morning (we've stayed at a competing chain where there were lines for two irons), but we had no issue. Drinking milk (preferably on ice) would have been nice. I wasn't sure how long the cereal milk had been sitting, and I don't care for warm milk.
We didn't interact with staff much, as we got in late and checked out early, but what interaction we did have was pleasant.response / report this review
