Great customer service always gets you what you want and need!!! I stayed here for about 5 months well my house was getting repaired from a fire From the first day we got here the employee's treated us like family!! Love the breakfast Buffet!!!

Large modern and comfy suites. Full kitchen, smart TV, living space, and charging stations. In the office there is a small gym, a very good breakfast, and other services (grocery runs). I would stay here again. Staff was very helpful and friendly staff. Free shuttle rides within 3 miles.

Great place to stay. The rooms are big with small kitchens. Everything was clean. They do an average free breakfast. Staff was nice. You could possibly have some heavy footed people above you so if that is a concern ask for an upstairs room. Thankfully we only had that problem for one night and they were not up too late. This location is not too far from Sloan's Lake if you want to go for a run or walk.awesome 2.5 mile loop. Oh and no parking fees. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great hotel. We had the split two story hotel room and it fit four people comfortably. The staff is extremely helpful and they have a shuttle that will drive you anywhere within a 3 mile radius.
Nice area as well. We walked to bars, coffee shops, and other stores.response / report this review -

Best thing the shuttle. We used it several times to go downtown. Rooms have been refurbished, but ours had a funky smell. If you are used to your typical Residence in you might be disappointed as the outside individual buildings are a little worn for wear. Staff was friendly and helpful. Maid service is spotty. We got one small bar of hotel soap for 5 days. Improve the maid service and I'd give it 4 stars. Breakfast bar was well maintained despite the crowd over the holiday weekend.

Decent and average extended stay hotel but not the nicest I have stayed at. Check-in service was prompt and friendly and the receptionist walked through all of the amenities of the hotel. The room was cleaned and well maintained and looked like it had a recent, superficial renovation. The service at the included breakfast was excellent and the breakfast itself had a good range of hot and cold items. On the negative side, we stayed in a ground floor unit which was very loud from the walking above and the noisy barbeque area outside which had guests chatting past 11 pm. The room also smelled very strongly of air freshener which made me wonder if it was covering a smoke or other smell. For the price and proximity to downtown it is a good option.

Despite calling after housekeeping had gone home, they pulled out and readied the sofa bed for my kids who were already asleep. That made it a lot easier to unload them. Unfortunately the first room they gave us reeked of smoke. The staff didn't smell it which blows my mind, but they said everyone remarks on the powerful perfume in the lobby but they don't smell that either. The second room smelled fine, but the utility closet made a dripping noise that was solved by ear plugs. The sofa bed was still in plastic which meant it was clean. But it still wasn't very comfortable and the sheets were super thin, so we were cold. The breakfast was pretty good. So it's a mixed bag, hence 3 stars.

Rooms recently renovated with nice loft options for groups. Great public centers like grill areas. Helpful shuttle to downtown.

Our stay was May 10 thru May 16, 2017. Our two bedroom mini condo was very clean. Renovating is being conducted on the buildings and other than new carpeting needed our condo was very comfortable. The amenities were excellent..breakfast every morning with a variety of foods and a shuttle running on the hour that worked out perfectly for our needs. The staff was accommodating and very friendly and I would definitely stay here again.

Rooms are clean and nice. Staff is overall pretty friendly. I really like residence inn locations in general. The lady cleaning up the breakfast room was a little rude when I came in after 9. She acted like I should've known breakfast was over, and was really rude when I asked for coffee, telling me to go downstairs. Well, downstairs coffee was out, which is why I went upstairs in the first place. Anyway, they still get 5 stars. One rude employee didn't ruin my stay.

It's a unique property. Weather your traveling on business or on a road trip it feels like your home. A cold or hot breakfast awaits for you in the morning. The staff is friendly like family. No car? No problem they have drivers to take you anywhere within 3 miles. Can it get any better then this?
