Me and my sister stood here for a couple nights and we had a comfortable stay no major issues , updated rooms , staff was nice my only complaint would be the heater it's either to warm or not enough . But we would stay here again !!

There was a cigarette burn in the bed spread, everything else was clean, organized and very well stocked. The room and bed were comfortable, bathroom was clean. Staff was courteous, prompt and helpful. For the price and location it did very well for me.

If your a nonsmoking person make sure you don't book smoking room because it's disgusting. Nonsmoking rooms pretty decent.
if your looking for a hotel with good morning breakfast this is not one of them, there waffle are not fresh but those cheap frozen one you have to warm up. Is cheaper to book online other than that is the same price as other better hotel

My stay here was actually pretty nice, some of the reviews will make you second guess , but upon check in I was greeted by a nice young lady who helped me out with a great rate. I had a room booked a room else where but they overbooked me so was turned away. Of course it isn't anything fancy but cost efficient and friendly service !!

Room was clean and recently remodeled. Everyone we cone to Denver we stay here. It's always been cool. They have breakfast and the people at the front desk are always nice. It's a decent room at a decent price.

The price is very reasonable and the quality of the room is much higher than I expected.

That said the walls are very thin and the place smelled like cigarette ash. You get what you pay for.

Facilities were really nice. Price was fair. Cops tried to arrested someone at 3 am in front of my room resulting in a car chase and a shot fired, so location is less than ideal.

Nothing comes easy at this place. Can't work the TV and microwave at the same time without tripping a breaker. No maintenance available until the following morning. Bed not made and towels not changed for second night of stay. When I inquired about towels I was told I was supposed to ask for them. Apparently the staff think the two towels and washcloths they provided were going to be sufficient for two people for two days. Staff is inattentive and offer no compensation or apologies for their short comings. I will NOT be back.

This hotel is quiet and clean! Stayed in a king room and was pleasantly surprised at how friendly the staff was and with the room. I would stay here again while visiting Denver without hesitation. Good place for out of towners to stay and get a great deal.

Room was clean but didn't like tight parking. Booking was easy, the reservation specialist was very courteous and we were given a veterans discount. However, one thing I noticed firstly was a police officer patrolling through the parking lot. Seen lots of "solicitors", oddly passing back and forth early in the A.M.. The most disturbing of all things was we found a bed bug before we checked out. Don't recommend, not even as a last resort.

Very poor attitude by the general manager for no reason at all. Leaking sink, problems with the toilet and bed bugs. I went to office to address the suitation only to be treated with disrespect as if I brought these problems on myself. After paying 115$ I shouldn't have problems for that price and if so they should be resolved with class and respect. The GM Misty Corrales called the police on me due to the fact that I was demanding my money back. After talking to the police they said I had to leave even though i had already paid for a room. They never gave me my money back and they double charged my CREDIT CARD! DO NOT STAY HERE!! CROOKS!!

The staff seemed apathetic and wouldn't really interact with us. They tried to sell our reservation because we came later than 11pm. The room was dingy and had bugs. In my bed. But not bed bugs so there's that at least. The parking did not accommodate all the guests that were there that night. Breakfast was good if you love frozen waffles, cold cereal, and yogurt as much as I do!

Absolutely the worst experience. A rat running through the lobby then get to this room which is non smoking and it wreaks. No flies outside cause they are in here. Lucky you don't have negative stars for a rating.

Room reeked of cigarettes when we walked in, like worse then a bowling alley, sheets were dirty, carpet was wet, alarm clock had dried white liquid across the front, chair was dirty- all things considered reception was good, they got us new sheets when we asked and she had a pretty decent mood even though they seemed pretty swamped. If you need something relatively cheap for the area and don't care about cleanliness- it's about 9 minutes from downtown and ubers are reasonably priced.
Also there are a lot of flies in this room, like an abnormal amount.

Room was mostly clean other than in need of dusting. Shower curtain was broken. Beds were clean and surprisingly comfortable. Location was decent.
