Friendly and helpful staff that will go out of the way to fix problems if you encounter any. Amazing breakfast! Not the Ritz but you can't get much better in the area in my opinion. Only one true handicap accessible room in the building. Lots of great restaurants and stores are within walking distance. Definitely recommend.

I was at the Ramada Plaza for a local/regional conference. It's okay. The people are nice, the hotel is hard to get to because its hidden behind a shopping center and the signage is better than last year, but still kind of confusing. The staff is nice. The facilities are fine. Its nothing fancy. But it'll do.

Great place for a couple days or just one night. We stayed 4 days and enjoyed every day. Breakfast was beyond awesome here for a complimentary breakfast

I've been staying at this hotel often over the past few yrs while working in Denver. I love the location with freeway and great restaurants nearby. Close to family and my storage unit. After staying this week I've decided to check out my options. The hotel is really tired. Wyndham! You are better than this. It's time to do some work on the place. The wallpaper and paint are unsightly, stained popcorn ceilings, loose outlets, moldy grout around the bathtub. Old water wasting toilets, stinging shower heads. Nearly impossible to regulate a room temperature. It's either freezing or it's a sauna. About 1 1/2 yrs ago I found some jewelry under the bed. It was in a little wood box. Someone was definitely missing some special jewelry. I turned it in to the front desk. They told me someone had been looking for jewelry they thought the maid had stolen. I asked them to please have the manager call me as I wanted to make sure the owners receive their valuables. No one ever returned my message nor was I even thanked for returning the jewelry by the front desk. I was in a hurry that morning to get to my set appointments but it's something I've never forgotten. Always wondered if the lady got her jewels back. I'll never know.

A very economical overnight stay in an ADA Accessible room. Our first ADA room was quite nice, but the bed was clearly too tall/high for me to get into, not to mention my elderly mother who was traveling with me. After a visit to the front desk, we were moved to a room with more of an accessible bed. Though dated the room seemed fairly clean. As we were packing to leave I found an old sandwich, still in the wrapper, tucked between the sofa and the HVAC unit. The price of the room included a complimentary hot breakfast buffet with waffles and made to order omelettes. This was very good. Overall, our experience was good and chances are we will return. It should be noted that the front desk agents were quite professional and friendly as were all employees I encountered.

The front desk staff was friendly and their breakfast was great. The room, however was not clean, lights were burned out, there were holes in the bathroom wall, there was a sticky substance on nightstand and pillow and I’m not sure the bed had actually been changed from the previous guests. You can tell hey are really trying but rooms are very uncomfortable due to cleanliness standards!!

This is certainly not a hotel for a business traveler. The WiFi is weak and slow, when it works at all. The rooms had very dim light bulbs. The only place I could read was at the desk. There is a very comfortable love seat, but no lamp. I expect a lot more from the Ramada name, and certainly not this Patel Hotel approach to cutting corner and services to customers.
While the breakfast was nice, you are required to give them a coupon and then they give you a napkin and utensils. This isn't a place where you can plan on coming back and filling a coffee cup before you hit the road.

The staff was very nice but the hotel was the opposite. The hotel had an old smell, lighting was dark, side entrance smelled like weed (given this could have been the guest). The actual room had a dirty feel, the couch had a gross stain, the tub had hair on the wall (not ours) the tub wouldn't drain the water so it would fill to the ankles. The whole room just felt gross. After finding the tub issue and hair in the tub my boyfriend went downstairs and they did upgrade us to a nicer room which I would rate a 2.5/5. If it would have been earlier and not late at night we would have definitely checked out that same night.

Only nice part of this hotel was the shower water pressure. Which I needed, because the pool was so caustic it bleached our swimsuits and stung our eyes with its chemical content. My whole group made double sure to shower off because we were worried about chemical burns. And the hot tub was barely lukewarm. Kind of a tepid tub. We asked them to fix it or send engineering out and nobody came. The pool phone was broken, too, and nobody fixed that, either. Some elevator buttons were broken, elevator screens were broken (locked to one number), so you didn't know what floor you were on. Not impressed.

The Ramada staff is very pleasant and helpful. After losing our room to a made up policy (which the staff at the other hotel never apologized for), the people at Ramada were very kind to us in our plight. They weren't able to get a room for us, as they were booked, but they did their best to help. I was greeted with a smiling face and both of their patrons at the front desk apologized profusely for our situation they hadn't caused. They restored a bit of my faith in humanity. Thank you, Ramada staff, for being awesome!

On the Pro - Great service, great location, nice complimentary breakfast and pricing was good.
On the Con - The inside of the hotel needs a thorough cleaning with vacuuming, carpet shampooing and paint to go along with the already nice accessories, the outside grounds area needs to get up to standard and the lights on the flagpole functioning similar to the other surrounding hotels.

We came in on a floor that was supposed to be nonsmoking & were greeted by lots of smoke smell! I felt nauseated & called the manager, who knew how to diffuse the situation. We also found gum on the carpet in between the two beds & a large white drip stain on the nightstand that no one cleaned!! Breakfast was not good at 9:30am, maybe we should have gone right when it was made! We spoke to the managers & they gabe us a refund! The only thing good about this hotel was the great customer service & staff who knew how to handle an upset guest!!!!

Wasn't expecting it to be so ghetto.. Don't get me wrong it's a decent place near alot of places to eat but you'll only going to find a working ice machine on the fifth floor.. When you reserve a room at a hotel mainly for the indoor pool you expect the pool to be clean.. This pool had more bugs in it than lakes I've seen.. Then when I asked for a skimmer to clean it myself (which I'm totally cool with) I was pretty much ignored..Gross

Decent place. Hot tub in the room. A little outdated, but fairly clean. Free breakfast which was awesome. Slept so well on the comfy bed. Good location!
