Staff members like Jake and general managers like Marcus make a stay away from home more relaxing. We arrived a bit too early to check in, but clear communication was key, and our room was finished while we went to lunch. We stayed at this hotel 7 nights, and each staff member was polite and helpful. Our room was clean, updated, and tended to as we wanted. Location being very centralized helped us when going to local events and eateries. Breakfast was OK for being complimentary, with only a couple gluten free options (my allergy issue), so we only ate breakfast twice there. I love the text-to-communicate with staff option, which allowed us to request items for our room by text to the hotel. I will stay here again, thank you for a great experience!

Stayed two nights here and couldn't have asked for a more comfortable stay. The place has been remodeled and has a nice modern, luxurious feel to it but nothing over the top, it's humble and homey. Hot tub, bussiness center, continental bkfst etc. The best part of it all The customer service. They care about you and they also know what they're doing. Thanks for great stay!

Stayed in room 503 everything was fine and great loved it.. Then we realized we left something..The item's were not turned in by housekeeping STAFF!!!! All we wanted was our stuff returned.

Room was spacious, spotlessly clean with microwave(in cupboard if you are hunting for it), coffee machine, safe, fan and plenty of sockets including usb. Staff were lovely and check in was quick. Small shop in reception area with snacks, laundry products and basics, coffee/teas in breakfast area during evening, free guest laundry, gym and breakfast in the morning. Parking is free but you will need to get a permit from reception. Diamond elite customers can park closer to entrance. We enjoyed our stay, my only quibble would be about breakfast. It would be nice if there could be more vegetarian hot items and if the cutlery/plates could be changed from plastic- there was so much waste at breakfast. Just something we noticed, not just at this hotel but a lot in the US. Brownie points however for having a water bottle filling point at the water fountain on first floor.

Nice place but not worth $250 per night and they give you a breakfast rated for a $50/night hotel. Rooms were nice but a little noise from above. Cost was the biggest issue! !!!!

Very clean. Pool and hot tub was a plus!! Really good hot and cold breakfast bar. My family enjoyed it. We took our 2 year old with us. Family oriented!

Comfy room. Great location near downtown. Polite staff. Some road noise from the interstate, but was better then expected. Parking lot was full when we arrived, but we got a pass from the front desk to park next door. Pool open until midnight.

Friendly, helpful and very knowledgeable staff,but some staff in the kitchen don't understand English maybe make them learn how to communicate anyway it's for their own good,In general I gave 5 ☆.

Great location in the Highlands! Fresh modern rooms with ceiling fans. Great location with the ability to walk to restaurants in the Highlands and also LoDo. The complimentary breakfast in the morning was just enough for our taste. The only reason I didn't rate higher was that our shower didn't have hot water one of the mornings during our stay.
