It is in the Flatirons shopping center area. Easy access to the hotel and the restaurant. I went there for Sunday brunch, which was absolutely fabulous. We entered in and was seated right away, they have shrimp, oysters, crackers and cheese, fruit, bacon and eggs, biscuits and gravy, plus they have a chef on duty that will prepare eggs in any way you like them, pancakes, waffles and a full bar and assorted juices and a whole area of desserts

The rooms here are very nice, I like that it's a suite of rooms, rather than a room with a bed. I've stayed a few times, the staff has always been friendly, and the rooms clean. The wifi does leave something to be desired.

this hotel is beautiful clean and has an awesome environment it's surrounded by a mall and restaurants easy to drive to we were greeted immediately and a gentleman offered to get all of our luggage out of the car and took it up to our room he was super friendly and very helpful the rooms were very clean and roomy the beds were very comfortable. the pool was nice as well as the jacuzzi. there is a restaurant in the hotel called flatz very friendly staff and good food and drinks there is also a Starbucks in the hotel. highly reccomend

I recently stayed for a week-long business trip. The customer service was always great (shout out to Shawn) and the facilities were kept clean. If a place is clean and the staff is good) then there is nothing to complain about.

I did not stay the night, but some coworkers were in town for a work event and were staying here. I joined them for breakfast one morning and the service was wonderful. Everyone was extremely polite and attentive, without being overbearing. The food was also delicious.

This place was pretty dang nice. The room was huge and nice. The bed was comfy, but the pillows weren't great for me. The staff was nice and the location is good. The price was just right for a wedding party (reduced to $120/night.) No free internet, which is a bummer, but bearable.

This place is absolutely something else! My wife and I have never experienced such service and great accommodations! After checking with a lot of hotels in Boulder in our price range and finding out they had no vacancies for the night, we reluctantly headed towards Denver in hopes of finding a great hotel late at night and one that was in our price range yet not bad (we had a terrible, very scary, very cockroach + hairy + bullethole + stains + smells + everything you can think of bad hotel situation with a budget motel in Overland Park, Kansas, so we were a little scared of finding a cheap hotel online). Yet we found Renaissance on the Kayak app and were like"is that the actual price? I didn't think we could afford that place." We were so tired; we had to do something and it sure wasn't going to be taking chances with hotels (we were even both prepared to sleep in the car in Denver in some parking lot)! We pulled up astonished with the beauty of such a place! The service was superior! We got tours of open rooms before booking and they upgraded us from the cheapest room to the EXECUTIVE SUITE!!!!!!!!! At no additional cost. Let me repeat..NOADDITIONAL.COST! Complete with a living room, pop-up TV, big cozy bed, and view of the Flatiron Mountain range (hence the name) to wake up to in the morning! OH MY!!!!!!!!!! And on top of all this, 2 FREE tickets to the huge (expensive) breakfast buffet in the morning! Lest you be tempted to think it was due to us having to manipulate the hotel to do so or make some scene, let me tell you that is was only by the grace of God and He decided to bless us because He's our Father. He's so cool like that. We prayed to Him asking for help in time of need and because we're His kids (thanks, Jesus), He literally took us from sleeping in our car to staying in the best room in this magnificent hotel waking up to each other and the mountains and a hearty, tasty, all-you-can-eat breakfast. Last of all, let me tell you that my wife and I want to give a shout out to all the staff of this place. Everyone here that we encountered working here - from managers to reception desk clerks to staff to cooks - were incredibly helpful and friendly. That actually is one of the best parts! The level of service was exceptional and I don't just say that because they upgraded our room! The answering our questions, giving us a great room tour, the helping us decide how to book this, the sweetness, the personal card from the staffeverything! And everything was so clean and tidy! Which means a lot to my wife and I, coming out of that terrible hotel experience. The design of the place is so lovely too! Excellent personality! I just wanted everyone reading this to know what I really thought about it. :-)

Writing this review as a guest and as someone involved in helping set up a post wedding event for a close friend. Pros: Easy to locate, check in fast and efficient, next to Flatirons Mall, terrible service at the bar downstairs Cons: No free WiFi, rooms not as nice as I was expecting given the price per room, room key deactivated on me twice even though I keep it in a different pocket away from other cards and my phone. This hotel also completely screwed my friends over when it came to booking an area for a post wedding event. There were multiple emails sent confirming the booking of the area, but it wasn't until a few weeks before the wedding and only after my friends called to confirm again that they said they already booked the area for someone else. Gave my friends a lot of grief that they didn't deserve especially after all of the business they brought to the hotel (about 90% of the wedding guests are family from out of town and stayed at this hotel).

Kind of underwhelming for a 4 star hotel. The air conditioning in our room needs maintenance. It rattled all night long (room 315) and parts of the hotel need some upkeep, baseboards, wallpaper, etc. I also believe the foundation of the hotel may be settling. There are cracks in the brick facade outside. May want to have that checked out.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Didn't have a chance to eat at the restaurant.response / report this review -

Rough start when we initially got here. We were told we would be able to get an early check in which is why we reserved the room in the first place. Unfortunately they didn't have any clean rooms when we first got there so we had to wait. Once they got us in the room it was clean and well kept. Overall good experience

The service at the hotel and the quality of the rooms was for the most part excellent. I've stayed here before when I didn't want to drive all the way back from Boulder, and I've quite enjoyed the hotel.
However, if I were them, I would really re-consider the layout of the executive suite, as 80% of the space in my room was in almost complete darkness. (And if you're a guest, I don't recommend booking it.) Even if I wasn't trying to use this suite for a wedding (which makes makeup absolutely impossible to do in that light) — I don't know how anyone could do anything in that "living room" space. There is zero natural light and just 2 dim lamps to light it. I'm glad I booked both the king suites on either side for my bridesmaids — otherwise I'd definitely have to relocate. The bed facing the mountains and the TV in the footboard were pretty wonderful though.
Also, when I booked the wedding block about a year ago, I was assured by on-site staff that the bar would stay open for us until as late as 2am as long as people were there to buy drinks. I was also given the same impression by emails back and forth with a coordinator. However, on the day of, when I had 15-20 guests arrive to the bar around 11:45pm, it was announced that it was last call and nothing could be done about it. To be honest, if I had known this would be the case, I would have at least extended my venue time, if not booked the wedding block at a hotel with a more accommodating bar.response / report this review -

I checked in here for the night and was extremely satisfied! The girl at the front desk was superb in every possible way and was a truly amazing employee! The design was outstanding and the hotel was beautiful! Everything was perfect! The room was very clean and the stay was outstanding! I will definitely be staying here when I am in town next! They have earned me as a loyal customer!
