Stayed here over the holiday week for Thanksgiving and ended up first getting a room with bed bugs. The bad part was that everything looked perfect and we we were about to get into bed, then there was one on the pillow crawling! We could not believe it, because it was 1am when we got into Cleveland, but Bed bugs!! We took a pic to show the front desk. But, what made it worse was that we had to check 2 different rooms after that just to make sure they were good. The first next option they gave had a tore lamp, carpet and dark yellow stains on the bed. So, we had to go to the front desk again and get another room, which was way better, but had blood stains on the comforter, which we just moved from the bed. We thought about leaving, but with it being last moment and then 3am after a 8 hour drive, we just made the best of it. I know we will definitely not stay again and last thing there was a big yellow stain on a bath towel, breakfast waffles tasted like sourdough bread, orange juice was watery, and eggs were runny every single day. I was especially thankful for family food. Oh, my boyfriend loved the muffins, biscuits, and gravy if that helps any.

First impression IS EVERYTHING to me. The staff I had contact with were very nice and helpful. The rooms were very nice, clean and homey. Bed was comfortable and plenty of resturants nearby. Even a local grocery store which was my first stop after checking in and getting settled.

Convenient hotel for medium to long stays. Rooms fully equipped with kitchen. Very quite in weekends, opposite to most other hotels in the area.

We made the right choice with the Residence Inn. 12 of us were in town for a wedding and all of the events that come with it, so the location was perfect with Cleveland only 10-15 minutes away. The rooms are well appointed and feel like an apartment when you open the door. Great amenities including free breakfast, a pool, and half basketball court. We were thrilled with our stay.

We were very disappointed with this hotel. Apparently people live here full time, and it is apparent they don't care about their home. We had to sign off on a policy that we would no have any parties, which should have been an indicator that there must be a party problem. There were people hanging out in the parking lot late playing very loud and inappropriate music. There were charcoal grills outside the doors of some rooms (the entrances were open air), the garbage cans were overflowing at the base of the stairs as well (there are only 2 floors, many buildings though). The room was fine, but overall we did not feel safe.

This is my "Home away from home" My 3 kids and I LOVE this hotel. I recently just stayed two nights April 15-17 and I'm getting ready to stay another two nights this weekend. I always book the two bedroom suite so we all can sleep comfortable. My opion, this hotel have the BEST breakfast Any hotel has to offer.

Nice room for long-term stay. Nice kitchenette and living area. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi and parking as well! Bathroom a little small but that would be my only complaint.

Room was nice, but not fully cleaned and smelled of fish. Stay was otherwise uneventful and pleasant. Removing stars for lazy housekeeping. There was a partial slice of pie in one of the drawers in our room that hard clearly been there some time.
